Extremely disappointing – certainly not the Ultra All Inclusive experience advertised We booked Barut GOIA expecting a high-quality Ultra All Inclusive experience, particularly given the reputation of Barut Hotels. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Having just spent several nights at Rixos Premium Belek, the difference in standards was staggering. While we appreciate these are different hotels, when a property advertises itself as Ultra All Inclusive, there are certain standards of cleanliness, food, service and hospitality that guests should reasonably expect. Accommodation: The cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. We took photographs and raised our concerns immediately after checking in. This was certainly not the standard we expected. Food and service: The food offering and overall dining experience fell well below expectations. On our first evening, we sat in the restaurant for approximately 20 minutes without being offered a drink or even provided with cutlery. Eventually, we left without eating. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel marketing itself as Ultra All Inclusive. Customer service and management: Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the complete lack of effort to resolve our concerns. We contacted guest relations and requested a transfer to another Barut property, even offering to arrange our own transport. Rather than assisting us or taking ownership of the situation, we were simply told to contact our booking agent. We escalated our complaint through Booking.com and provided photographic evidence, yet no satisfactory resolution was reached. We also received no meaningful response from the hotel management regarding our concerns. To add insult to injury, we subsequently received a message from the hotel thanking us for our stay and asking us to leave a review, despite our complaints remaining unanswered. What makes this particularly frustrating is that we genuinely wanted to enjoy our stay. We had chosen Barut because of its reputation and expected a premium experience. Overall: This was nowhere near the standard we expected from a Barut hotel, and certainly not what we consider an Ultra All Inclusive experience. The poor service was disappointing enough, but the lack of accountability and customer care made the situation considerably worse. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Barut GOIA to anyone expecting premium standards, attentive service or a genuine luxury Ultra All Inclusive holiday.

The Barut collection never fail to deliver we have been to both there resorts in Didim, and stayed here recently staff are marvelous special thank you too Musa Kesgin and Latif Helvaci great food, lovely rooms and 5minutes by taxi to Side. 10/10

Our second time here and it’s been brilliant, we are still here our last morning and despite the challenging storms we have had a great time. Our 11 and 6 year old girls adore Yasmine and her fabulous team in what is probably the best kids club we have ever used. The staff make this hotel, we have been to the Hemera which is much more expensive but for us this is the one for the children, the rooms are great, 2 room mini suites which come into their own on rainy days. Dining is more limited with only 2 à la cartes but the buffet is always available and is very good. A special mention for the quiet yet ever attentive Korel our waiter most evenings, he never missed a beat in his service and is a credit to the hotel. A critique, the beach restaurant has a very limited selection this year it felt to us but the kitchens might be under renovation so I’m not sure if that’s temporary. It’s only 10 euros into the lovely old town but the gift shop here is very good and reasonable. Entertainment is good what you would expect from this level of hotel. You might read about road noise, we faced the sea and the road and it was never a problem for us. Overall this place is fantastic for families and it was also half the price of our February trip to Egypt so it’s great value for money as well. I’m not sure when we’re will return as the world is a big place but we would not hesitate to come back. A lovely hotel with very a friendly staff. We were all inclusive and there was a huge choice of food both in the buffet restaurant and the two al a carte restaurants. We had a fourth floor room with a balcony and views over the pool and towards the sea. The room was good size and was cleaned every day. All of the facilities in the hotel were very good. I wouldn't here again and I would recommend it to others.

We are staying currently in Barut goia .Hotel is nice pools are worm.room’s always clean.Food is delicious drink s and cocktails as well.Reception and Guest relations are all helpful .special thanks for Christina we will be back
