Barut Goia

We have just spent 11 nights at Barut Goia 4 adults... the rooms are wonderful and the food has plenty of choice and is of a very good quality. We have had a fantastic time. This is the 4th Barut hotel we have stayed at as we really like the Barut brand. There are plenty of sunbeds and towels available from the spa. I was taken poorly with an ongoing problem and was looked after superbly by Christina from Guest Relations, she continued to check in with me every day to ensure I was well. She is a wonderful credit to this hotel. We also found reception to be extremely helpful. To be honest all the staff make this hotel a very relaxing place. Be aware it is a family resort and is very child friendly and very geared towards making it a fun place for children, as 4 adults we didn't join in the entertainment.

Hotel & Rooms A couple of weeks ago, we enjoyed another dream holiday at Barut GOIA. This hotel has everything you could wish for, starting with its wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The rooms are modern, high-quality and well maintained, and housekeeping does a great job. We were lucky enough to see our lovely Nesilihan again, even though she unfortunately wasn't our housekeeper this year. She is such a sweetheart and a true professional. Food & Restaurants The food at Inanna did not disappoint this year either. There is a great variety, and I am sure everyone can find something they enjoy. At the restaurant and JOS, there is a charming, warm-hearted chef whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, as we always call her our Lovely Lady. ❤️ At the restaurant, we were served by Helin almost every day. She was always smiling and friendly, and we never had to wait for service. Live Music & Evening Entertainment The live bands were fantastic once again, especially Spice Band, The Drifters and Queens, as well as the new saxophone player. We also really enjoyed this year's DJ, who played excellent and varied music. On our last evening, Freestyler suddenly started playing, and it was absolutely brilliant! Unfortunately, a few bands played several Russian-language songs in a row, which took away some of the atmosphere for us, as the songs were completely unfamiliar to us. The occasional song is absolutely fine, but it is worth remembering that guests come from many different countries and backgrounds. Cihan was fantastic once again and brought his energy to everyone around him. I also appreciated that he and the other members of the entertainment team stayed around in the evenings. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see his quiz this year, which is excellent! Entertainment Team Among the entertainment team, Hatice really stood out to us. She is lovely, polite, approachable and, above all, genuine. Our holiday would have been completely different without her. She is a gem, so please take good care of her and don't let her go! ❤️💎 We also received a warm welcome from familiar faces Begi and Yasemin❤️ Unfortunately, the other members of the entertainment team remained rather unfamiliar to us this year, and some didn't even say hello. Thank you to Lisa for keeping us informed about the daily programme. Pool Area & Sunbeds The pool area is clean and well maintained, and there is no need to fight for sunbeds. There is always space available. During the evening entertainment, however, seating can feel a little limited. Fortunately, we always managed to get our usual table. Beach & Beach Restaurant The renovated beach area was very clean, and the beach restaurant was excellent. This year, we noticed that there was less music playing compared to previous years. We certainly wouldn't mind hearing a little more music again! A shuttle bus takes you to the beach, and the journey only takes a few minutes. Bars & Staff The bar staff provided excellent service, especially the morning boys! In the evenings, our favourite cocktails were even prepared for us without us having to ask. A big thank you to Nursin and Ibrahim for that thoughtful gesture. One of the male waiters was also exceptionally friendly. He was constantly clearing tables, and we noticed how nicely he interacted with the children. We also had the impression that there might have been fewer staff members this year. We hope the hotel will keep an eye on staffing levels, as the team's hard work really makes a difference to the guest experience. Göktuğ, who works both at the beach and in the restaurant, was equally friendly and remembered our orders without us even having to repeat them. He was always polite, and we often saw him happily chatting with guests. A big thank you to Muhammed at the beach as well! And, of course, thank you to all the familiar faces at the bar and on the beach. The staff are so friendly, and these personal connections are a big part of what makes returning to Barut GOIA so special. TIP. Laundry Service As we stayed longer this year, we made use of the laundry service. It worked very well, and I would definitely recommend it if you need it. How do you know a hotel is truly excellent? When it is difficult to go home, and you start planning your next trip back almost immediately. There is absolutely no doubt that we will be back again next year! ❤️

Stayed here at Barut Goia for 7 nights in October. We had a brilliant holiday. Hotel is spotless and constantly cleaning. Rooms are beautiful and modern. Staff really friendly. Checkin was quick and reception staff really professional also Christina from guest relations really professional and helpful. Food and all drinks really good quality. We will be back next year. Would also like to mention Ramazan who was so attentive and always wanting to please guests. He made the holiday special for us however all staff were pleasant and attentive throughout the week

We spent a fabulous 10 days at Barut Goia and absolutely loved it! Hotel and rooms: clean, welcoming and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. Minibar was restocked daily with soft drinks, water and beers. We had a balcony overlooking the pool on the ‘louder’ side, with a stunning view. Food: we ate at the main restaurant every day and it was so good we didn’t even bother going to the al a carte. Great variety and good quality. I especially loved the baklava. There were all the usual options if you have fussy eaters - pizza, chips, burgers, pasta etc, plus lots of different options if you wanted something more adventurous. The salad bar was amazing. Everything was kept restocked well. Tea, coffee and juice were available to help yourself, or you could ask your waiter/waitress. Special thanks to our lovely waitress Anastasia. The pool bar was handy for drinks and snacks through the day. Try the fresh waffles with chocolate sauce 😋 Drinks: wine was lovely. I tried most of the cocktails and although some of them were a bit on the weak side, several of them were absolutely delicious (pornstar martini and margarita were especially good). The mocktails were really good too and a particular hit with our 13yo. Pools: there are two main pools - one on the quieter side of the hotel (which we didn’t use at all) and one on the louder side. Both lovely and clean. The slides were a big hit with our kids. Music is played from 10-5 every day and there are lots of activities like water polo and aqua aerobics. Don’t miss the foam party on a Friday! Really good fun. Staff: everyone we met was polite and friendly. Entertainment: we felt this was where Goia really shines. The animation team were absolutely brilliant - fun, encouraging but never pushy. They have lots going on during the day that you can join in if you want (such as darts, Zumba and archery), and at night there is a kids mini disco at 8.15 (huge hit with our 9yo) then a different show each night at 9.15. We saw all sorts from African dance to a circus show to a magician - all great quality. ‘Mr Showtime’ who leads the team is fantastic and full of energy! After the show there is live music outside at the pool bar. This goes on until 11.30 and we could hear it in our rooms. It didn’t bother us at all but if you’re an early/light sleeper maybe ask for a room on the quieter side. Kids club: huge shout out to Yami, Yasemin and Begi from the kids club who were amazing and genuinely made the holiday for our 9yo. They not only ran the club during the day, they would run the disco in the evening and then sit with the kids at the front and get them involved while the show was going on. Absolute gems! We had an amazing time at Barut Goia and would highly recommend it!
