This hotel is attractive, very clean, and features nicely landscaped grounds. Thanks to smooth pre-arrival communication and an organized check-in process, settling in was entirely stress-free. A special thank you to Ummu Ustun, the front office manager for this. The staff was particularly helpful regarding dietary needs of a family member. The kitchen efficiently helped with all her meals without any hassle. The buffet is well-structured with clear ingredient labeling, and both the food and drinks were consistently good. A major plus is the hotel’s spacious layout, which is well-zoned so families, couples, and seniors can coexist comfortably. The main pool area is quite lively, while the 16+ pool offers a genuinely quiet, relaxing alternative. Guests can also request complimentary room extras like a pillow menu or shower mats. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, with staff regularly disinfecting restaurant tables and beach foot-washing stations. Additionally, the spa is very well-designed, and the evening schedule features a nice variety of live music, dancing, and cultural shows.

It typically features 15% to 40% more floor space, upgraded furnishings, a better-appointed bathroom (sometimes with a bathtub instead of just a shower Jet 2 UK Advert states Deluxe Room with Garden View. • Garden View: The window, patio, or balcony faces lawns, trees, gardens, or interior courtyards rather than a parking lot, a street. Our shower measured (L) 30cm less 15cm for taps fitted to wall x (W) 25cm, I dropped my soap onto floor, no room to bend down to pick it up I had to step out of shower pick it up then get back into shower. The smallest shower room in several hotels we have stayed in Turkey. On the balcony there is 2 x chairs that should have rubbers fitted to avoid the sharp steel, twice I cut my leg, reported it to reception, but will never know if they made the chairs safe. 14th October was fish night at main restaurant, I had baked salmon and beef with chips, followed by ice-cream and other snacks. The following morning around 04:00 a.m. I had severe Food Poisoning, with lots of pain, phoned reception for help who contacted their doctor an ambulance whisked me to hospital for the day and despite having GBP 10 Million health insurance from UK top insurer. I had to pay upfront a total of £666.74 by credit card because Turkey has no reciprocal healthcare agreement with nhs.uk

The Barut Hemera was recommended to us by a friend and after visiting I understand why she is a frequent visitor . The rooms are a lovely size and the quality of the fittings and decor is very good and the service of the room was impeccable with extra touches like fruit and bottles of wine in our room . The restaurants that you can book Italian/Turkish/Fish and International were all very good in their own styles and the service and quality in each was very good and all were very attentive in a small setting as non are large restaurants with on average about 40 people in them. The buffet was well staffed and you were always well catered for with drinks and the vast array and diversity of the food was astounding. The burger bar that was only open for a few hours each day was really good quality . The pool bar and beach bar were always well staffed and you were always very well served as you were in the Lobby Bar . Overall a really well run hotel with a staff that are friendly as well as very efficient .

We have been coming to the Hemera for 16 years now,and it is consistently excellent. The staff and management are absolutely first class. Always on hand to help you and be of first class service. We arrived Tuesday 6th October for a week all inclusive and it is exactly that ALL INCLUSIVE. The room was spotless,the food absolutely brilliant,the gounds well kept and the cats all neutered or spayed so all under control. Facility's are first class,and I doubt very much you will get a better hotel than this. this is why year on year we return because we know exactly what we will get. 10/10 time and time again.

This was our first ever visit to Turkey and our first ever stay at the Hemera. We travelled with friends who are regular visitors to the Hemera and we had heard so much about it, but our two week stay absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. All staff we encountered were always so warm, friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely with a nice view overlooking the main pool. Lots of special touches and amenities in the room made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. All bars and restaurants are top notch with such a huge variety of food and (top shelf) drink on offer. We ate in the main restaurant for breakfasts and most dinners, we had lunch at the pool bar and also visited the sofra, olive and international A'la cart restaurants two times each during our two week stay. All food and service was top notch, the themed evenings in the main restaurant were great with Asian night being our absolute favourite. We were also regular visitors to the onsite patisserie! Which has the most amazing cakes, chocolates cookies and ice creams. We split our time between the quiet pool and the beach. All wait staff were amazing in keeping the drinks flowing day and night. We were lucky enough to have been there for Oktoberfest. Just WOW! The thought and effort that goes in to this event is massive. It was a no expense spared extravagant event which we all enjoyed (maybe some of us a little too much!) We ate our lunch at the beach bar area, Huge shout out to Mustafah our most favourite waiter of all! Nothing was ever too much trouble and everything is 'My Pleasure' We felt thoroughly spoilt with such a personalised experience (especially when the Baby Guiness shots kept flowing!) We were also spoilt by Seymen who was always checking in on us throughout our stay and ensuring we had everything that we needed. Big shout out to Osman who kept checking in on us and kept the drinks flowing all day on the beach. Evening entertainment was amazing and our favourite waitress at the pool bar/lobby Gizem always took great care of us and ensured that we didn't want for anything. The whole hotel and grounds were always spotlessly clean, with well manicured gardens. The housekeeping and gardening staff work tirelessly to ensure that everything on and around the resort is kept immaculate. I have never seen such a hardworking, Happy and pleasant workforce in any other hotel that I have ever stayed at over the years. Barut Hemera, Thankyou for such a wonderful experience, you made us feel like absolute rock stars for our entire stay. You have stolen our hearts and we will absolutely 100% be returning for years to come 😍
