Acanthus Cennet Barut Collection

Our week’s stay could not have been better, thanks mainly because this hotel met our every need. The very friendly and helpful staff, accommodation, location, facilities, meals etc were all of an extremely high standard. We have absolutely no reservation in recommending the Acanthus Cennet if you want the assurance of a guaranteed five star experience.

A very good hotel well situated for walks to the old town and the local sights. Modern, exceptionally well maintained, everything you would expect from a genuine 5 star experience. Our room was great, well presented, well equipped, comfortable and serviced daily. A large bed with pillow option, large waterfall shower, nice bathroom and amenities. The buffet is very good, with a large and varied offering. Maison Plage bistro is also excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in a lovely setting (our favourite for breakfast and lunch). The à la carte restaurants were very nice, with Levante (Italian) being the pick of the three. These restaurants can be difficult to book on the app however Guest Services helped us with our bookings. The pool area is fantastic - clean, well maintained with a huge (huge!) pool. The coffee shop is a nice touch and popular throughout the day, for snacks and ice creams. A very relaxing daytime environment. At night the different entertainments were very good and always popular. There were a couple of points where management could further enhance the hotels offering. As mentioned in other reviews, the ‘reserving’ of sun beds around the pool is a problem. While there is additional availability on the beach (some guests clearly ‘reserve’ both) a very large number of ‘reserved’ sun beds were unused each day. It would be easy for hotel management to remove towels and belongings for beds clearly not being used, as we’ve seen proactively applied in other hotels, allowing other guests to enjoy the pool and its facilities. Generally the staff were very good, particularly in the buffet, restaurants and bistro. We found both service and attitude inconsistent (rude on a handful of occasions) at the bar areas. Hotel management should be more visible in the bar areas to support staff and help manage standards. Overall, a great holiday in a very good, and in a very nice resort. I’d recommend this hotel and would return.

This was our first All inclusive holiday- and this has set our standards high! All amazing!! Nothing to fault.. Entertainment was amazing, staff are lovely, amazing beach front and literally everything u need will be given to you which ever area you are. Cafe was good, and oh my god that cheesecake- divine!! Will definitely comeback

We had a wonderful stay at Barut Acanthus Cennet Hotel, and the animation team made our holiday even more enjoyable. The entertainment was excellent, with a great variety of evening shows and live music. The atmosphere was always lively, fun and enjoyable, while still being relaxing and suitable for everyone. During the day, there were also plenty of activities to join, so there was never a dull moment. A special thank you to Mehmet, who was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, energetic, helpful and always had a smile on his face. He really made an effort to make everyone feel welcome and involved. His positive energy and genuine friendliness made a big difference to our holiday. The whole animation team deserves a big thank you for their hard work and enthusiasm. We really enjoyed the entertainment, the activities and the wonderful atmosphere they created. We would definitely recommend Barut Acanthus Cennet Hotel and would love to come back again!

This is my second visit to Antalya and my first stay at Acanthus cennet barut, and I can honestly say this hotel is head and shoulders above anywhere else I have stayed. From the warm and welcoming greeting we received when we arrived, this has been a truly pleasurable, memorable and wonderful holiday. A particular standout has been the incredible team of waiters and waitresses across all the restaurants and bars. Their service is exceptional. They go above and beyond to make your experience special, even creating personalised cocktails and doing everything they can to make your wishes come true. And the entertainment team — wow! Fantastic entertainment every single night, with something for everyone. During the day, they come along the beach and personally invite guests to join in with the various activities and games. The atmosphere they create is fantastic. The pool area is immaculate and beautifully clean, as is the entire resort. The beach is absolutely amazing, with non-stop activities and games throughout the day. A very special shout-out to our entertainment Mehmet, who always greets us with a warm hello and makes everyone feel welcome. He is constantly inviting us to join in with the games and activities and really goes the extra mile to make sure guests are having a fantastic time. If you are considering staying here, please book this hotel — you will not be disappointed. It is truly an amazing resort, with wonderful staff, fantastic entertainment and an atmosphere that makes you feel genuinely welcome. We have had an unforgettable holiday and would happily return!
