Belek Beach Resort

Very nice hotel. Very good cleaning of rooms, staff member perihan she's very happy helpful lovely lady. Thanks to the cleaning staff for keeping our rooms very nice.

I recently stayed in the Elite Section of Belek Beach Resort Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful holiday. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and helpful all the staff were. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I spent most of my time at the quieter Elite pool, which suited me perfectly, as the main pool was a little too lively for my liking. The entire hotel was spotless, with cleanliness maintained to an exceptionally high standard throughout the resort. The food was simply outstanding. Both the main restaurant and the Elite restaurant served some of the best food I have enjoyed in any hotel over the years. Every evening featured a different food theme, which kept dining exciting, and everything I tasted was delicious. One evening was a fish-themed night, and although I don't eat fish, the chef kindly prepared a delicious steak for me without me even having to ask. That level of service really stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. The drinks and cocktails were excellent, and it was refreshing to see quality branded spirits being served behind the bar. The bar staff were always welcoming and attentive. Housekeeping was absolutely brilliant. They regularly checked if I needed anything and ensured my room was immaculate every day. A special thank you goes to my housekeeping lady, Birgül Masim, for her attentiveness, kindness, and excellent service throughout my stay. She truly made a difference to my holiday experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a minibar stocked with soft drinks and beer that was replenished daily. This was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. There was daily entertainment in both the main hotel and the Elite Section. The bands performing in the Elite area were especially talented and provided excellent evening entertainment in a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and cannot recommend Belek Beach Resort Hotel highly enough. Excellent food, superb service, spotlessly clean facilities, great drinks, and wonderful staff made this a holiday to remember. I would happily return in the future.

Firstly, the hotel is lovely. We spent most of our time around the Elite ‘Over 13’s’ pool area, which is an amazing setting. It has lovely padded beds and you generally stroll down at 10:30 and get them. We went across to the other side in the evenings a few times, where the entertainment is better. If you go with kids i’m sure you will not he disappointed with the pools, play areas etc. there is so much to keep them occupied. We ventured over to that restaurant for one night and although the selection if food was a bit better, the cacophony at 8pm was deafening, so we avoided this to eat in the adults only Elite area. The food was average for me, there is a grill which gave an extra option, but no vegetables at all, sprouts for breakfast though! We had one evening in the Italian A La Carte, which provided the worst meal of the week, the worst Lasagne ever, 6 or 7 laters of pasta with no meat, The highlight for food was by far the lunchtime bistro, every dish served os a delight. And the waiter service throughout is good, special mention to Ahmet, maybe the best waiter I have ever had the joy to meet, with the smiley Ramazan always attentive, and Hilal was helpful too. Now my big mark down on this hotel. 90% of the bar staff can’t make a cocktail save their lives!! We returned 2 Mojito’s before changing to an Aperol Spritz that was awful, on Tom Collins came ok, the next twi were terrible. Apart from using soda on Mojito’s they use Sprite, and the overwhelmingly problem is they try to put too much alcohol in the drink, thinking that’s what you want, when what you actually want os correctly mixed drinks with the correct amount of alcohol. Every Aperol Spritz had too much Aperol, until we asked for less. I think they ought to get someone from Spain to come and train them, everybody was leaving full drinks on their table, wasting money. Overall, i may return, it’s a nice hotel, just need to sort those cocktails out.

We visited Turkey for the first time. Having been to Portugal and Greece the last two years we wanted to find somewhere with warmer swimming pools. We were not disappointed and the weather was hot. Just one wet day but that was fine. To the holiday resort: Check in fine. We has mistakenly booked a double whereas we required a family room (mum, dad and 4 year old). This was quickly changed and we paid some extra for the larger room. Only fair. Entertainment was good for kids. Food was good and in plenty supply. We tried steak and Mexican à la carte. Both good. Pool foam party - great and highly recommend. Michael Jackson tribute - excellent. Highly recommend. Big shout to Macksy Lacksy the pool bar cocktail genius. Beach and sea swimming really good. Hairdresser very good. Local shops are just across the road and are worth visiting. Lots of coffee shops are good. Most staff smiley and friendly but some maybe not but that is human nature. TUI rep Mehmet is friendly and cheerful. Rooms well cleaned. Big pool slides are fun. All was good. We have a 4 year old and he kept us very busy. He also swam with no buoyancy for the first time. Dad proud! Enjoyed our first trip to Turkey and will visit again thanks. They had an Oktoberfest. It was a great event. Plenty for kids and parents. Great food. Nice park to play in.

Excellent hotel if you plan to visit Turkey. New rooms, nice beach area with shade and food is also great!
