We had an amazing time. The best food we've ever had at an all inclusive resort, lots of choice. The resort itself was just fabulous, didnt need to leave it and the best part was their amazing staff, so friendly and helpful, an absolute credit to the resort and themselves.

No customer service . Reception staff are shocking . What a let down to all the other staff who make your holiday . Wife fell ill on the last day of holiday witch is today ,we asked for a room extension until near as 8pm as possible so my wife could rest but was shut down and said no rooms available . You can extend only until 3pm . So now we have no rest area for her only lobby for 5 hours . I normally give a good reviews for hotels that deserve it . This hotel is lovely and very clean and probably deserves 5 star but this is a big disappointment for someone who is unwell .
