We really loved our experience staying in a villa here! The most relaxing holiday we have ever had! So many positives: great service, helpful staff, gorgeous premium fresh food everywhere (we didn’t however use the main buffet restaurant except occasionally for our kids), beautiful villa with a large private warm pool and private garden area, private beach pavilion, excellent butler service both at the villa and the beach pavilion, fantastic quality cocktails available, beautiful warm sunny weather, great cultural historic attractions to explore nearby. Even the laundry is included! Really recommend the incredible Baklava Turkish desserts! No insects / bites to contend with here. Minor things to be aware of: currently there is a view of a hotel being constructed and there is some low level noise from this during the day (nothing the hotel can do about this of course). Wine selection included is limited. The main pools were mostly pretty cold in October but the kids pool with the slides was lovely and warm, as was our villa pool. The beach cleaning could be better but generally the beach is great. A cracked tile in the garden area should be fixed for safety (I did not report this while staying though). Yes there are lots of Russian guests and most of the staff speak Russian but they are certainly polite and helpful to those who don’t. We did not find the staff unfriendly as others have said, it is a different style to OTT American style hospitality but that’s perfectly fine. I managed a stretching class entirely in Russian and the instructor was very sweet about it and tried to use the odd English word for me. The TV in our villa was all in Russian however and we couldn’t work out how to change it but that was a minor niggle. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We hope to come back soon!

Hello! We have been to this hotel for the second time. This time it was not clean on the beach, it was very dirty, the pool was also not clean. The staff is rude, the managers are not friendly.

We stayed in the Jasmine room with direct pool access during our family holiday at Bellis Deluxe and we couldn’t be more delighted with our experience! The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful—whether at check-in, in the restaurant or by the poolside. The room itself was great: spaciousand clean with everything we needed to relax. It made the holiday feel special to have the terrace open directly onto the pool and quiet atmosphere away from the busier areas.One downside was that the pool in the Jasmine area wasn't heated. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s zoo and how well the animals were cared for. It was clear they are looked after with attention and respect. We also loved seeing so many friendly cats around the resort—playful, happy, and well cared for by the staff, who always made sure they had food and water. The food was excellent—high quality, fresh choices and the service never let us down. We especially appreciated how sociable and safe the resort felt. In short: we are feeling refreshed, well-looked-after and already thinking about our next visit. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay!

We have just left Bellis Hotel after a lovely week. As a chef who has worked in many areas of the world it was nice to have somebody looking after my food for the week. The selection of foods provided was extensive on all meals in the main restaurant, on top of that there was a beach restaurant and the white bistro who provided lovely food too. I would like to thank the restaurant manager and all the great chefs that i was able to chat with as a fellow chef and manager I know how much work the staff must put in to keep the standards you provide. As also a youtuber ( kilted Scotsman ) I will be putting some posts when I editering the filming. On top of the work in the galley I would like to thank the cleaning staff who looked us very well as it was the reason to come on holiday to celebrate our wedding anniversary we were met with a Romantic view in our bed so lovely, when we told the customer care people we really appreciated but out anniversary wasn't until the 13th they said no problems and the did another beautiful scene different from the first one. It proves they go the extra mile to look after the client ( thank you X). And last but not the last thank you for the amination team who looked me up in my attempt to win a darts medal ( didnt manage it) from the water aerobic staff who kept my wife entertained, and the staff who organised the shows and the young ladies i enjoyed dancing with every night. If I apologise if I have left anyone out as the Hotel is run very professionally and I would reccomend anybody who wants a relaxing holiday with great food and service come and enjoy, WE will be back !!!
