Bellis Deluxe Hotel

Rooms were a disaster. I've booked 2 suites and they were awful. What you see in the promo pictures is a very enhanced version of the reality. The furniture is very ugly and poor, with lots of defects; wires sticking out of the wall; sometimes minibar stayed empty and not refilled; there are no tissues in the room, etc, etc. One room had a non-working ventilation in the toilet, aircon was not functioning in the second one. Thanks god, it was not hot in the mid April, so we had a window opened whole night, listening to the nice non-stop beeping alarm from the service facilities outside and enjoying neighbours, smoking and chatting on next balcony. Worth to mention all of those was reported to the stuff immediately, but no action performed during our stay. The aqua park is nice, but 2 most thrilling rides out of 6 were closed during our stay. Pool towels are old and tattered. The bathrobes were never replaced. Hotel has an isolated night club in the basement, so it does not impact guests with the loud music, but neighbour hotels do not respect silence, and have a late night parties. Receptionists are very unfriendly and do not like when you bother them with your issues. Never saw a smile from them. Saying that, I'd like to rate 1-2*, but the restaurant! Wow! I've been to many hotels, including Turkish ones, but this restaurant is something special, my respect to chief! Breakfasts, lunch, dinner assortments are amazing and delicious! Restaurant is the only place, which corresponds to the 5* hotel. The rest is far from 4*.

I cannot praıse enough thıs hotel and ın partıcular ıts staff, superb does not do ıt justıce. The servıce was outstandıng, and the hotel management dererve credıt that every sıngle staff member was polıte, welcomıng, freındly and ıncredıbly helpful, that ıs the culture here and ın nearly 50 years of travellıng, thıs ıs as good as all of the grand hotels I have vısted. A partıcular shout out to Marına the guest relatıons manager who was delıghful. The hotel was also very comfortable, and the rooms superb, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. No englısh speakıng TV channels. I would also lıke to complıment the food, both ın terms of qualıty and varıety and agaın complıment the executıve chef Anıl Erkan, he was a charmıng man who came and spoke to most guests personally and was very open to suggestıons. The food was excellent. We travelled all ınclusıve and I was pleasantly surprısed that the alcohol was premıum brands at no extra cost unlıke other places where they use cheap alternatıves and the measures were generous. One mınor suggestıon, the sound system for evenıng entertaınment was tıred wıth poor sound qualıty whıch was not great, whıch was a pıty because they booked some really good acts/bands. When we were there the hotel was maınly full of Russıan speakers who were unwıllıng to engage at all wıth englısh speakers, but were never unpleasant just cold towards western europeans. The grounds (whıch are ımmaculate) have four professıonal football pıtches and whıle we were there we were able to mıngle wıth the Nıgerıan, Uzbek and Kosovon natıonal teams ( all of whom have players ın the premıershıp) at theır traınıng camps, so for football fans thıs mıght be an added treat. The players were very good natured wıth chıldren askıng for selfıes. There ıs also a free small zoo on sıte, and pony treckıng for chıldren.

I once stayed at this hotel and had wonderful memories. For four years I dreamed of coming back with my family for a vacation. In the summer of 2025 we finally returned, and I thought my dream had come true. Unfortunately, our experience turned out very differently from what we expected. The room we had booked was not the one we received, and we also did not get the sea view that we had paid extra for. The air conditioning barely worked, and the water in the shower drained very slowly. At the reception, most of the staff were not very helpful, although one young woman did try her best to assist me, and I truly appreciate her effort. We booked a room for four people — two adults and two children — but the hotel provided folding beds for the children. Considering the price of the stay, this was quite disappointing for our family. Overall, this experience was very upsetting for us. I’m only glad that I had not yet booked a stay at this hotel for my parents, so they were able to enjoy their vacation elsewhere without any issues. The only good thing about our stay was the sea. In the photo you can see the “sea view” that we paid extra for. The sea is technically there — you just have to stand on a chair to see it. It would have been fair not to charge guests extra for a view like that. Thank you.
