Very nice and pleasant stay in this hotel with my family. Welcomed by the reception staff who were very polite but not excessively friendly. Just right. Rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortably. Partial sea view was an extra bonus. Rooms cleaned daily, with towels exchange as well. Kettle + basic teas and coffee available, TV, fridge. 1.5 l of water per room daily. Poor shower gel, no shampoo in the bathroom. Food was delicious and different every day for a week (very little choice - two meat options per meal), grill available only during evening meal. Hot breakfast - omelette etc. only for a part of the breakfast. Drinks served by staff with different speed, occasionally they ignored people next to me when they offered to refill my glasses 🤷 But again, everything was delicious and fresh. Although high hygiene standard, people got sick bugs during our stay. Beach bar with basic soft drinks available, very small cups though. No problems with sun loungers at the beach, rather busy at the swimming pool (particularly during weekends). There is a very convenient underground crossing to get to the beach. The beach is sandy but some rocks in the sea which with a bigger waves are not visible. Some are very shape and may hurt when pushed against it. Water shoes may not necessarily help as some rocks are more like post - 30 cm up with diameter 10cm. As per Muslim country, please be aware that you will get a prayer call (very loud) at 5 am every morning, the other during day time are barely heard. Very quite area, bit still many shops, restaurants available nearby. No animation during the day, but live music in the evenings. I recommend this hotel for people with high standards, classic, elegant, just a little diamond in the area. Unless you like huge statues, and typical russian style hotels.

Very bad food. No Sun at the pools. Bad rooms. Not renovated as they say. Bathtub was blocked an toilet water is slow. Very few options at the all inclusive

Rest in this hotel left only the best impressions! The hotel is located in picturesque Alanya and has its own beach, which became a real paradise for us: clean sea, comfortable sandy beach without stones or slabs, as well as free sun loungers - ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. I especially liked that there is everything you need for a comfortable stay - a comfortable bed, air conditioning, good soundproofing and stable Wi-Fi The food was at a high level - all the food is very tasty, varied and fresh. Every day we treated ourselves to both traditional dishes and new tastes. It is clear that the kitchen works with a shower. The hotel territory, although small, is very well-groomed and cozy. There are two pools: one standard for calm swimming, and the second with slides - a great option for active recreation, especially with children. The hotel is perfectly located - everything you need is nearby: cafes, shops, a shopping center, convenient transport. An ideal option for both traveling with family and friends. I would like to separately mention the hotel manager - Osman. He is a true professional in his field! He was always on site, attentive to guests and promptly resolved any issues. Thanks to him, the vacation was carefree and perfect. I sincerely recommend this hotel for a vacation in Alanya. We will definitely come back again!

We spent a week in the Blue Diamond Alya Hotel in September. It is a small hotel, but was very clean and in very good location and the staff were excellent. The was a good variety of food, and all-inclusive drinks surprisedb us as they used imported spirits. The only negative point, the rooms were small with very few shelves, so we had to keep our clothes on suitcases on the floor, which gave us even less space. The hotels "hamam" was a little dissapointing, as we were in better hamams in the past. Overall we enjoyed our experience in the hotel, and would have liked to stay longer.
