We had a wonderful stay at Delphin Botanik Platinum! Everything was excellent, from the beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms to the delicious food and outstanding service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making our holiday truly special and memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Kurshat Yilmaz and Ahmad Gündoğdu for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. They made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Their warm attitude and attention to detail made a real difference to our stay. Veri good location and access to city. Positive atmospere start from reception, friendly guset relations team. Housekeeping did an exceptional job keeping everything tidy every single day. The room was remarkably quiet and peaceful. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety of choices. The buffet was well presented, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The food service team did an excellent job. The lobby is full of comfortable seating areas and has a wonderfully relaxed energy. For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made the stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate all the hard work of the hotel team and would happily recommend Delphin Botanik Platinum to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We wholeheartedly recommend Delphin Botanik Platinum! This is a place where you truly feel special. The staff are absolutely wonderful – always smiling, friendly, kind, and ready to help. The food is delicious, with an incredible variety of dishes, and everything is of a very high standard. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception, who showed us exceptional kindness and understanding from the very beginning of our stay. After a long, sleepless night of travelling with our young child, he kindly helped us arrange an early check-in. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for from the very first moment. We would also like to give a special mention to the fantastic staff at the Irish Pub. Such lovely people, a great atmosphere, and always a warm smile whenever we visited! The waiters on roller skates also deserve huge recognition! They do an absolutely amazing job! They are incredibly efficient, quick, friendly, and always smiling. Watching how hard they work and how smoothly they take care of everyone is truly impressive! But what really makes this hotel stand out is its people. You can genuinely feel that the staff care about their guests and go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and unforgettable memories! We’re a couple staying in room 6222, and this is our 14th holiday at a Delphin hotel. Delphin Botanic Platinum has made it another wonderful stay. The hotel is spotless, from the rooms to the pools, and our room is cleaned every day. There’s a huge choice of food, and everything we’ve tried has been delicious. What really makes the experience special, though, is the staff: attentive, quick, friendly, and always ready to help. The beach has pebbles, so we recommend bringing swimming shoes. If you prefer, you can enter the sea from the pier. Beach cabanas are free, and beach towels are provided at no extra charge. We’ve felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable—we’d happily come back again!

We stayed at Delphin Botanik last year and had an absolutely fantastic holiday! The hotel itself is amazing — beautiful grounds, great kids’ areas, playgrounds, swings, an aqua park, pools… there is always something to do, especially if you are travelling with children. But the real highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff and the service. They are incredible! Everyone is so friendly, smiling and unbelievably fast. Some of the staff even serve guests on roller skates around the pool area, which is such a fun touch and makes the service super quick. In the restaurant, if you accidentally drop something, it feels like it’s cleaned up before you even notice it! Everything runs so smoothly and efficiently, without any fuss. The level of service is really impressive. The food was another big plus — absolutely delicious, with a great variety and plenty of choices. The entertainment was fantastic as well. There was always something happening around the pool during the day — foam parties, games, darts, aqua aerobics, shows and different activities. You definitely don’t get bored here! The evening entertainment was especially impressive, with great performances and shows every single night. The mini club was also very good, and there was plenty to keep the kids happy throughout the day. The only downside for us was the beach and the sea. During our stay, we had big waves almost every day, so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy swimming in the sea as much as we would have liked. We also weren’t big fans of the beach itself because of the large pebbles and stones. For us, this was really the only negative. Everything that actually depends on the hotel — the service, staff, food, entertainment, grounds, pools, aqua park and kids’ facilities — was excellent. We had a wonderful holiday and came home with really great memories. Delphin Botanik is definitely a hotel we would happily recommend!

Very Good resort for a family stay Advantages: A plenty of pools and sunbeds Area is very well maintained- garden is taken care of carefully. The plants and the whole garden surrounding are very relaxing and extremely nice looking. Good entertainment for little ones - shows and lunapark are managed well. Miniclub is just ok. We felt pampered with room service incl wine and candies for kids:) Food was good and wide variety. A la carte - the ottoman is the best, with beautiful view, rest is ok. Staff is friendly. Things to improve: drinks were mostly poor which is typical for all-in resorts. In such nice hotel (and I am quite picky) i would expect a bit better quality (actually it goes the same with ice creams) Vast majority of drinks contain sweet syrups and tasted artificial Tip: It can get a bit noisy if you have mountain view (high traffic on a highway next to the hotel) so ear plugs are recommended if you are fragile Overall it is very very good hotel and I strongly recommend it
