Club Big Blue Suite Hotel

A fantastic family holiday with exceptional service! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything went super smoothly from start to finish, and the entire team made us feel truly welcome. A special shoutout goes to Sebastian—he was an absolute lifesaver! Whether it was helping us with our heavy luggage or quickly sorting out a spare key when we accidentally locked ours in the room, he was always there with a warm smile and a helping hand. The bar staff also deserve high praise for being exceptionally kind, polite, and attentive throughout our trip. As a Nordic family, we were thoroughly impressed by the food. Every meal was delicious, well-seasoned, and suited our tastes perfectly. Most importantly, the kids always left the table full and happy! With meals and snacks offered up to five times a day, nobody ever went hungry. The pool water could have been a tiny bit warmer, but the kids were having so much fun that they didn't mind it at all! :) We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free family vacation. Kind regards A.

Rooms were very small, no poweroutlets to load devices only 2 for 5 person… food was alltime the same in buffet and taste the same changing was minimum. There was kids play ground so bad broken toys, chairs n table so nothing for kids there play and its so small. Location is near to Alanium and big route so car noices are allways there, soundbroofing terrible in doors and windows. Hamam was ok nothing special and after hamam allways want to sell massages because u need it… and def not 4stars… Only thing i loved was room cleaning they did amazing job! We were there two week and we have been Alanya many times and many hotels but this was the badest of them all… first and the last time. 5 adult 6 kids and all thinks the same… beach was great there the staff work nicely but it cost extra…

Fantastic hotel everything you could want in a hotel. We arrived early hours of the morning after a long journey we were greated by a man who gaves us something to eat before taking our cases to the room. The food was fantastic plenty of choice and staff were so friendly. The rooms were spotless the entire place was spotless. There was drinks available all day, there was also a spa, hairdresser, beauty salon, a tattooist and someone who drives you to the market. I highly recommend this hotel.
