Club Hotel Turan Prince World

I was close to giving five stars but a few little things stopped me. I’ll start of by saying value for money it’s definitely 5 stars - we booked a select senior villa and was very nervous reading the reviews of others about not being given the right room - far from it we were given exactly what we booked and couldn’t have been happier. The staff are fabulous, everyone we encountered went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The benefits of booking Select is worth it, we enjoyed swimming in the pool late at night and being served drinks poolside. The Select Restaurant is a plus but fell short a couple of times (long wait times, wrong orders, cold food) however it was a significantly better option than the main buffet. The Chinese was great and although I would expect à la carte options to be free the €10pp was worth paying. I did my research so nothing was a surprise - it is a sandy/pebble beach with the pebbles mainly being on entry and there is a bit of a drop a few steps in, none the less my son and I enjoyed our swim in the sea. The cabanas are a nice touch for the Select guests, only a small complaint that cocktails could not be ordered to them just beer and wine. Side is around a 25min cab ride and we really enjoyed spending an evening there shopping and having dinner. We also ventured to the shops local to the hotel which was worth a look around. The hotel is very much a family resort and I wouldn’t particularly recommend for a romantic couples holiday, but if you have children of any age it’s a good choice. The 2 bed / 2bath layout was perfect for us and just a small complaint on the lack of hot water and limited AC but it didn’t spoil our holiday. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend.

Me and my son have come to this hotel and we have had a wonderful experience. We booked a meal via guest relations, the staff were very welcoming and helpful which was positive. We would definitely come back again

We were supposed to stay for a week at this amazing hotel, but due to an infection unrelated to our stay, we had to extend our visit by another week. First of all, the hotel, food, service, and activities are way better than we expected based on the pictures. The personnel do their absolute utmost to make you feel appreciated and looked after. Our first few days were such a pleasure for both our kids (aged 4 and 13) and us adults. The pool area with cool slides, carousels, the mini zoo, and the beach area—everything was perfect! Then the infection hit, and we had to stay isolated in our room. John and the rest of the customer relations crew made sure that our every possible need was met. Three huge meals of delicious food were delivered to our room every day by very polite and helpful servers. In addition to the food, customer relations called us frequently to ask if we needed anything, and they even offered to visit the pharmacy and other shops outside the hotel to ensure we had everything we required. We travel a lot, but I have never experienced service at this level—it was extraordinary! Thank you, John, and the great customer relations crew! The whole experience has been superb, and that includes our time in isolation. Everyone who delivered food or assisted with other requests was incredibly nice and polite. I would especially like to thank Tural and Hasan -they are fantastic and visited us several times a day during our isolation. As for our time wandering about, Zerrin at the main bar is fantastic, and so are the girls at the pool bar! Lastly, paramedic Ibrahim and the doctor at the medical office made sure we were safe and well taken care of—thank you so much to all of you! It has been an absolute pleasure, and this hotel is highly recommended!
