Hotel is very limited in its amenities. Food is particularly sparse in its variety. Staff are OK, very poor English. You can use the facilities in the neighbouring Sun Heaven Family, except the restaurant, which is a shame as it looked so much nicer. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Overall, if you're booking an all inclusive to enjoy your meals, don't come here.

I recommend this place, great waiters and good food. I'll definitely be back with a larger group and better prepared for the trip. The beach is close and well-equipped, and they have ice cream and beer, which are a great way to cool off in these temperatures.

Tam też są całkiem okej drinki i dobre napoje bezalkoholowe. Jest też snack bar gdzie są podawane pizza, frytki, onion rings i burgery całkiem dobre. Na minus animacje niby były ale słabe. W hotelu sun heaven queen jedzenie takie sobie chociaż można zjeść i nie chodziliśmy głodni tym bardziej że był dostępny jeszcze ten snack bar w hotelu obok. Jak za tą cenę to naprawdę jest nieźle i nie ma na co narzekać. Plaża mega słaba- kamienista ale dobrze chociaż raz pójść.

Jeden mały basen, żadnych atrakcji.Recepcjonista zajęty oglądaniem filmu, nawet głowy nie podnosi gdy ktoś wchodzi. Pokoje ładne, wyremontowane i czyste. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Brak klimatyzacji na korytarzu, na 6 piętrze w oczekiwaniu na windę można zemdleć. Brak bezpłatnego wifi nawet w lobby, gdzie dziś większość biur podróży obsługuje za pomocą aplikacji. Ale najgorsze bylo jedzenie. Restauracją tego nazwać nie można, co najwyżej bar lub stołówka pracownicza. Jedzenie ogólnie smaczne, bez zarzutu ale bardzo mały wybór. Sztuki mięsa że świecą szukać. Przeważają gulasze, raczej z pozostałości z dnia poprzedniego. Szyja jagnięca królowała trzy dni, pod różnymi postaciami. Frytki to luksus, średni co dwa dni do obiadu się pojawiają i do tego kolejka czekających. Menu dla dzieci nie było, chyba że tylko makaron z sosem pomidorowym. Jednym plusem możliwość korzystania z obiektu obok, choć na 5 gwiazdek też ten hotel nie zasługuje. Baseny fajne, atmosfera też ale o czystość na basenie zbytnio nikt nie dba. Kubki i śmieci nie sprzątane przez cały dzień. Ten obiekt zasługuje na min 3 gwiazdki i to kiepskie. Więcej nie wrócę w to miejsce
