In particular, I would like to personally acknowledge Noel from the Guest Relations Department. Her kindness, professionalism, genuine concern, and continuous attention to our needs truly made a difference to our experience. Noel went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Every time we needed assistance, she was attentive, patient, and incredibly thoughtful in the way she handled everything. Her approach reflects the highest level of hospitality and represents the true spirit of Concorde De Luxe Resort. As a guest who has stayed at your hotel five times, I can sincerely say that people like Noel are one of the reasons guests feel connected to a hotel and choose to return. Her dedication and personal touch deserve to be recognized and greatly appreciated. An exceptional hotel, lots to do and staff where wonderful. The food choice was never ending and the family all said they would love to visit again. We will be visiting again in the not too distant future.

The best hotel on Lara Beach ,we have been coming here for a long time and it really feels like going home to see family.. We like the cleanliness of the whole hotel and grounds the pool and beach areas are well maintained. The entertainment team are really amazing. Every night they have a different program and the daily activities are really exciting and involve everyone. You will never go hungry as there are many varied restaurants and food places also a pub serving real ale, brilliant. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. There is also a secure children's area with it's own club snd pool .Staff can't do enough to help. The spa has had a make over and is fabulous and the pool areas are all non slip, the waiting staff cannot do enough to help, with a table service.There is also a patisserie and a coffee shop that open all day and evening with lots of lovely cakes and sandwiches. Reception and guest relations are the best and if help is needed they are always available through out the day. Concierge are brilliant and will help you if required, nothing is any trouble x All staff are excellent And so nice water gym i like ilay

We are staying at Concorde Deluxe Resort for the second time, and after only two days, we already wanted to leave a great review. We stayed here last year as well, and this year we are spending our honeymoon here. ❤️ The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. All the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. We especially appreciate the wonderful attention and lovely surprises they prepared for our honeymoon. 🥰 A special thank you to Ilay from the Animation Team, who always brings such positive energy and creates a great atmosphere. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming and always takes the time to interact with the guests and make sure everyone is having a good time. Her cheerful personality and enthusiasm really make a difference and make our stay even more enjoyable. 😊 We are having a wonderful time and feel very comfortable here. Everything has been fantastic so far, and we will definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful experience overall, and an excellent massage and spa. They have everything you would need for a vacation on site. You may not want to leave the resort
