Corendon Hydros Club Kemer

Everything is good, 8 stars out of 10! Food - good, lots of variety, several restaurants to go to. Room is clean, but could use a refresh, especially the bowed bed. Outdoors has lots of activities, pools, kindergarten , etc. But it’s 80-85% Russian visitor hotel and most of the staff does not even understand other languages aš Russian or Turkish. Cigarette smoke is also a problem let for non-smokers. There lots of beautifully made open spaces in hotel,thus, lots of places to smoke, so prepare to smell cigarette smoke every day nera you anywhere - from eating your breakfast, sitting by the pool or pool bar or having dinner in restaurant.

The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the restaurant staff. The food is very tasty, and the products and drinks are always of high quality. Among the hotel’s shortcomings, I would like to mention the very boring children’s club. Over the entire stay, there wasn’t a single craft activity for the children. Even something as simple as drawing with paints or making something out of plasticine — there was nothing like that. They don’t play with the children, and many of the Russian‑speaking animators have very gloomy faces. About 90 % of the children spend their time watching TV because they find the club very boring. Yes, there is a schedule, but it didn’t fit into our daily routine. In the morning we were at the beach, and in the afternoon we went to the club. The kids’ disco is the same every day. By the third day, the kids don’t even want to go there anymore. Overall, it’s the most boring and tedious kids’ club we’ve ever experienced.

We had a fantastic stay at Corendon Hydros Club Kemer. The location is absolutely beautiful, right by the sea with stunning views and a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel feels lively and relaxing at the same time, with great facilities, good food and plenty to enjoy throughout the day. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and you can feel that they genuinely want guests to have a great experience. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, hospitality, entertainment and location close to Kemer made our stay unforgettable. A wonderful place for both relaxation and fun. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel’s sea was absolutely breathtaking. To be quite frank, we actually regretted spending our first two days by the pool, as the sea was so spectacular that you simply never wanted to leave it.The service we received was equally remarkable. At Bars, Muhammed and Ibrahim were absolutely exceptional, demonstrating immense helpfulness regarding all our requests. Furthermore, Gülbahar from the Kids' Club was magnificent. Inviting my pregnant wife and me to the terrarium workshop so our baby could have a keepsake was an indescribable gesture. Though unborn, our child now has a cherished memento from their very first holiday.We extend our heartfelt gratitude once more for such a memorable experience! :)

Overall, we had a very pleasant holiday. The hotel has beautiful, large and very well-maintained grounds, and the location is excellent. However, there are several things that could be improved. The rooms are quite old and need renovation, and the cleaning could be much better. During our 7-day stay, the bed linen was changed only once. The quality and variety of food could also be improved. The most important concern was the lack of a doctor or medical professional at the hotel. When my daughter became ill, we had to go to a hospital. For a five-star hotel with so many guests, I believe access to medical assistance is very important. A special thank you to Alina from Guest Relations. She was extremely kind, attentive and genuinely concerned about my daughter. Her care and support meant a lot to us, and we are very grateful to her. Despite these points, we had a good holiday and especially loved the beautiful hotel grounds.
