Crystal Centro Pearl Collection

We have just returned from a fantastic 6-night stay at Crystal Centro Pearl Collection, and I honestly cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough! The food was absolutely amazing, with such a great variety and, most importantly, always fresh and served hot. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely attentive, welcoming and always on hand to make sure everything was perfect. A special thank you to Metin, who made our mealtimes such a pleasure. From always making sure we had our drinks, finding us somewhere comfortable to sit and preparing our teas, nothing was ever too much trouble. His attentiveness and friendly approach really made a difference to our stay. I would also like to thank the porter who brought our luggage up to our room. He took the time to show us around and explain how everything worked, including the air conditioning and the fridge. It was such a thoughtful touch and a lovely way to start our holiday. It’s those little things that make guests feel welcome and looked after. The rooms were clean, fresh and well maintained, but one of the biggest highlights for us was the kids’ club! Absolutely amazing! A huge shout-out to Dariga, Arina and Lovely, who were so attentive, caring and brilliant with the children. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but every member of the team deserves recognition. My son always came back with lovely artwork he had created, and the activity schedule meant there was always something to keep the children entertained and occupied. It was lovely to see how much they enjoyed themselves! A big thank you to the entire management team. You should be incredibly proud of the team you have built. Your staff really are the strength of this hotel. It’s the little things, the smiles, the attentiveness and the genuine care shown to guests that make a holiday memorable. Thank you for making our 6-night stay so enjoyable. We have made some lovely memories, and I will definitely be returning! I have already recommended Crystal Centro Pearl Collection to friends and family because experiences like this deserve to be shared. Looking forward to visiting again. ❤️

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I especially enjoyed the Oktoberfest event, which had a fantastic atmosphere and was so much fun. The beer tasting was also a great experience and one of my favorite activities! Playing beach volleyball was another highlight of our stay, and the kids' disco was amazing! The children had a great time dancing and enjoying the music. There were plenty of fun activities for the whole family. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Starlight life show is good! Aqua park 👍🏻 Food very tasty!

We really enjoyed the hotel! The staff was very friendly. Great water slides for kids and adults alike. Sandy beach. We loved that you could visit the a la carte restaurants every evening. The mini-bars are free of charge and restocked daily.

Great food, accommodation and entertainment. We enjoyed October Fest which laid on music, food and the effort was amazing.
