Crystal Family Resort & Spa

We stayed here as a family with my elderly parents and 8-year-old son and had a lovely time overall. The location is great, and there’s an amazing variety of food and drinks. Cleaning was excellent, except the beach, which could have been better maintained. We had a few room issues (fridge, air con, TV, toilet) that were quickly resolved. Some staff spoke limited English, but someone was always available to help. The hotel lacks a few services like currency exchange and international calls. Good value for money, though it feels more like a 4-star than a 5-star hotel.

This is a completely honest and open review. Absolutely wonderful resort,right on great private beach,delicious food,great indoor and outdoor pools,kids well catered for,excellent professional entertainment. Superb value for money. So why,I hear you ask,only afford this hotel 3 stars. Well a few things are totally misrepresented. If you watch reviews on YouTube there are tennis courts and football pitches at side of hotel.no there aren't !!! It's a derelict wasteland. Minor problem unless you are into tennis or football but definite misrepresentation. Secondly, the hotel says belek area. It's a good half an hour on twisty turning,pot holes roads !! Belek is just giant hotels and bazaars.didnt find anything else there apart from building sites. Not a big problem as resort is so good but a little honesty about distant belek and Antalya would be good. Lastly,and this is a personal observation which intensely irritates me. Turkeys attitude to smoking is third world to put it kindly!!! Smoking everywhere is allowed even in children's area. Disgusting. Open area of restaurant has a smoking area. No problem except you have to walk through it to get to the buffet. Also when smokers leave they walk through the non smoking area often with their cigarettes or worse still alight!!! Such a shame because if turkey wants to be treated as a first world country, they have to end this disgusting attitude to smoking. Turkey, the civilized world has moved on from these attitudes!!!

Old hotel ,old rooms , so much money spent for it . Poor service staff not speaking English. Money not worth for it . Never going there again.

I love hotel and Stefanoooo. Everything clean, everybody so lovely. Great fast checkin, great animation team. Perfect drinks
