Crystal Flora Beach Resort

Suppose to be a pet friendly hotel most staff are scared of dogs even small breads. Every time my room was cleaned i had to take my dog out. I also got food posining and went to the hospital 2 times. My holiday was ruined but no reposne from the hotel. The one positive was the spa the staff were warm and friendly. my 2 masseuses lokman i forget the others name they were amazing. I give them 10 start

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool, which was spotless, relaxing, and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel was well maintained, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere throughout. Overall, this was an outstanding stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, excellent facilities, and a relaxing getaway. We look forward to returning on our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. What stood out the most was how well everything was thought out. You can tell a lot of care has gone into every detail of the resort, which made it feel special from the moment we arrived. Everything was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Ilhan for his warm hospitality and professionalism from the first moment we arrived. The location is very convenient, close enough to the airport without feeling too busy. It was also nice to have a few small shops both inside the resort and just outside nearby. The concept with two store buildings surrouded by trees, plants and flowers, instead of a big hotel, felt exclusive and the rooms were comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and the atmosphere around the resort was relaxed and enjoyable. They have live music on the second floor of the lobby, great songs and performers and also on the stage. The spa is one of the highlights of Crystal Flora. Sue was amazing and George was so friendly, fun and helpful. He gave us a great deal on the massages and they were absolutely worth it. As for the food, it’s similar to what you’ll find at most all-inclusive resorts, but there were some real standouts. The sushi was surprisingly good, the fresh orange juice available throughout the day was a lovely touch, and the grilled food section was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with family.

Perfect family stay in june. Beach bar has superior view and friendly staff. Perfect foods, frinks and shows. Great value for money spent. Good everyday cleaning with a green option Rooms are nice.
