Firstly let's cover off the great points.. Food - amazing, the food trucks are the best thing I've ever come across in a hotel. Evening meal, breakfast etc all great.. The staff, brilliant and can't do enough for you. Couple of standouts, Sehen the maid was lovely and made some towel animals most days, clean towels daily and beds made and changed. Lads in the ibiza bar as well, really nice and friendly and had a good laugh with us. The hotel itself is excellent, choice of drinks, the rooms, the entertainment was some of the best I've seen whilst being away. We are going back next year and I've never done that before.. I like to check out new places but we are going to take our older kids 23 and 20 as think they'll love it.. The negatives, it rained one day and I don't like cats... That's it.
Terribly loud music every single night until midnight. What makes it particularly frustrating is that most guests are families with young children or older people, yet everyone — including guests at neighbouring hotels — has to put up with these concerts every night, even though very few people seem to attend them. Everything else about the hotel is great, but this one issue really spoils the experience. There seems to be very little consideration for guests who simply want some peace and a proper night’s rest, or even for the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel, which deserves some quiet at night too. It feels as though the comfort of the vast majority of guests is being sacrificed for a small number of people who want loud late-night entertainment. Such a shame, because otherwise this is a wonderful place.
Very nice location but small hotel. Good rooms, comfortable. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere in the hotel is cozy. The pool was cold, and it was a long walk to get drinks.
The experience was fantastic and we enjoyed every day! Bersan on the WhatsApp group was so helpful and he was just the best - give that man a raise!
We just returned from a 10-night stay at this gorgeous hotel! 🥰 We arrived around 10 PM after a long day of travel and were greeted by a friendly lady from Guest Relations with a glass of bubbly and a cookie… a really lovely touch. She explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and helped us set up the free Wi-Fi and the WhatsApp Guest Relations chat. The chat feature is super convenient for daily activity updates and quick requests, though we did run into a miscommunication with it later on regarding restaurant bookings. When checking in at reception, the receptionist cheerfully announced, "We have some FANTASTIC NEWS for you!" We naturally got excited, thinking we had been given a complimentary room upgrade, only to be told that we could upgrade to a better room if we paid an extra €350. We politely declined, as we had already spent a significant amount on the holiday and weren't looking to add extra costs. I think reception could rephrase how they pitch paid upgrades, as framing it as "fantastic news" sets an expectation of a free upgrade and leads to immediate disappointment. That said, our booked standard room was lovely! It was clean, quiet at night, and overlooked the car park with nice mountain views in the background. The mini-fridge was restocked daily with cold drinks, the beds were huge and super comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of mirrors in the room too. The only minor drawback was the air conditioning, which struggled to cool the room below 22°C. A huge shoutout to our cleaner, Meryem!! She was warm, friendly, and checked in on us every morning to ensure everything was spotless! The food overall was outstanding, and the food trucks were a massive highlight! We were initially worried they might be a bit of a gimmick, but the quality was 10/10 (the Adana kebabs and smash burgers were absolute favourites 😍). Drink options were brilliant, with self-service grab-and-go fridges stocked around the food areas, plus plenty of fully staffed bars. The cocktail menu was extensive, and my boyfriend was buzzing to find proper Guinness and branded spirits available. The main buffet was consistently good… sushi night, the dessert spread, and the wood-fired pizzas were real standouts. Breakfast wasn't quite our favourite, as some of the hot options didn’t look great & lacked flavour, but there were plenty of delicious sweet options and a fantastic chef's special featuring toast, avocado, mozzarella, salmon, and pesto. We tried booking the Steak House through the WhatsApp chat. The representative confirmed our requested date was available and said there was space so we said brilliant book us in please. However, when we showed up at the restaurant, the host informed us they had no record of our reservation. The restaurant host was fantastic, she personally walked us over to the Guest Relations desk to figure out what happened as she had looked over the messages and seen we had definitely booked in. Looking back at the chat log, Guest Relations had messaged: "You just need to sign the receipt to confirm the booking, but you don't need to pay until checkout." Based on our experiences at other resorts, we naturally interpreted this to mean we would sign the bill/receipt at the table after eating and pay the charge on our room bill upon checkout. What they actually meant was that we needed to physically walk down to the Guest Relations desk, ask for a paper slip, and physically sign it before the reservation would be locked into their system. (This wasn’t mentioned in the message though) Because no one clarified this extra step, our unconfirmed table was given away, and the restaurant was completely full for the evening. The lady at the desk acknowledged that the wording was misleading, but unfortunately couldn't seat us that night. A quick follow-up text from Guest Relations asking, "Are you still coming by the desk to sign for your spot?" would have instantly cleared up the confusion before our table was given away. Tip for future guests: Dont use the chat for à la carte reservations and go straight to the Guest Relations desk in person to secure your booking slip! We did manage to rebook for our final night before flying home. I really enjoyed my meal, though my boyfriend found his steak a bit tough and fatty. The service inside the restaurant was attentive, polite, and welcoming throughout. Later in the week, we wanted to rent one of the overwater beach cabanas for an afternoon. Before our trip, we had seen numerous online reviews from recent guests mentioning that cabana prices were flexible and that you could negotiate a half-day rate (around €150 to €200) if you only wanted it for a few hours. This sounded ideal for us, as we had been out exploring all morning and only wanted a cabana from 1 PM to 5 PM… we don't swim in the sea, but wanted to enjoy the shaded sunbeds, the private cold tub, and a bit of quiet relaxation away from the main pool. We walked down to check availability, and the vast majority of the cabanas were sitting completely empty. We knew of guests from just the previous week who had successfully rented one starting at 11 AM for €150. When we asked Guest Relations if we could rent an empty one for the afternoon at that same €150 rate, we were met with a firm "no." We were told the flat rate was strictly €300, regardless of whether you used it for the full day or just a couple of hours late in the afternoon. Even after I showed them screenshots of recent guest reviews detailing the discounted rates they had received, they refused to budge. While I completely respect that hotel policies change and management has every right to stick to fixed pricing, it felt frustrating as a guest to see most of cabanas sit empty all afternoon when accepting a reasonable half-day rate would have generated revenue for the hotel and provided a great customer experience. We later spoke with a second, much friendlier Guest Relations agent who kindly validated our frustration. She confirmed that management had recently implemented a strict "no haggling / no half-day rate" policy starting that week. It’s fair enough if that is the new rule, but future guests should be aware that the price is now non-negotiable regardless of what older reviews say or how late in the day you book! The evening entertainment was OUTSTANDING. Having stayed at several 5-star resorts where night shows can be hit-or-miss, we genuinely looked forward to the lineup every single night! Afterwards, the rooftop bar DJ kept the energy going with brilliant music and fantastic bar service. The main pool is huge, and the private beach has loads of sun beds! We chose the pool every day and always found a bed easily. Plus, the staff on roller skates delivering drinks straight to your lounger was brilliant! Overall, despite these minor issues, the hotel itself was amazing! Fantastic staff, excellent food and drinks, top-tier entertainment, and a great location. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family! Thank you for a great stay! 🌟
