Dream World Hill

We arrived late at night and checked in, we were given no map or restaurant times upon arrival just shown to our room. My 22 year old was given a child AI band and I had to tell them he was an adult therefore required an adult band. We dumped our bags and headed to find the restaurant, my son has multiple food allergies so we spoke to a number of staff and no one helped, they stood around in groups just looking at us. There was nothing at all for him to eat. I had luckily brought stuff from the UK so we headed back to our room and I fed him there. The following day we headed out to find pools etc we asked where the pool was with the slides again no one understood us and no one made the effort too either. The hotel was full of Germans, I have never came across such arrogant people ever. The odd one was lovely but 99% were so rude. One German woman wouldn’t wait for food and pushed in at every opportunity she had and then reached over 3 people to lift a hot plate and burnt my arm and when I said she had burnt me she shrugged her shoulders. She didn’t care at all. I complained to the staff and pointed her out, not one person came to see if I was okay or addressed this lady and tell her that she much wait like everyone else. I complained to reception and did end up with a bottle of wine in our room the following day, no note or anything, I can only presume this was due to the incident the previous night. The cleaning staff would push their way passed us as we were leaving the lifts, they also wouldn’t wait for our exit, the cats in the hotel were over fed at a station by the children resulting in them been sick on the paths, the German kids would bully other kids and parents didn’t have a clue so I had to step in and tell them although they didn’t understand l, they could see I was furious, the pool entertainment was on repeat every day so was the evening entertainment. Towels start being put on sunbeds from 6am every day. The girls who run the kids club were lovely, my little one only tried it for half an hour but he liked the mini disco on a night, this is on 8:30-9pm, the girls included all nationalities. Well done girls, you were the highlight of our stay. There was a raffle on our last night and there was a joke about how people from London are miserable but the Germans are great. Everyone apart from one family who was up were German. I was asked by one member of staff if they could take my son to their house which was one hour travel away. I can’t understand why someone would ask this when a child could be abducted. The beds were uncomfortable with only one small sheet to cover up, no blankets if you felt a chill over night. The rooms were a good size that we were impressed with. There was little air con in the rooms and if you open a door it’s knocked off straight away, the hotel lobby didn’t have any at all on the day we left and were waiting for the transfer bus, we were melting. There’s a free beach bus every few minutes that is convenient and the beach was nice although the beds again get filled up very early. We walked along the beach to Turtke bridge, my advice would be to go early on a morning as adults & children jump off the bridge during the day scaring off all the turtles. My son has Autism and was grabbed by a man on the bridge when he asked them not to jump so he could have a chance to see them. This man just grabbed him and I had to scream at him to let go. An awful experience. We went back another day at 7am and saw 6 including a baby, my son was so happy to experience this. If it wasn’t for the mini disco or the fact that reception had tried to compensate the rudeness of others with a bottle of wine I wouldn’t have rated at all. My oldest spent the last 48 hours of our stay vomiting with tummy aches and then my youngest started the day we left. We arrived home yesterday morning and my son has been admitted into hospital as he couldn’t stop vomiting and couldn’t hold any toast or water down. I would NOT return to this hotel after the experience I had.

Where to start, firstly this shouldn’t be listed on jet2, the hotel is 90% German and Dutch guests, both that it was a big issue but my 8 year old son struggled to find friends to play with. The food is possibly the worst I’ve come across in turkey over many years, every day was the exactly same thing, drinks were pretty much non alcoholic! You could sit and drink them all day long and not notice a think. The entertainment was very very basic, they did a kids party around 8:30-9 which was all spoken in Dutch/german, the. The adult entertainment came on for 30/40 minutes max! The rooms were ok and a reasonable size, always kept clean daily if you wanted. Spa-expensive and ribbish, maybe try across the road! The night life outside of the hotel is non existent, there is bars/ restaurants a short walk away but there is hardly anybody in them, I’m so supprised they even open! The old town is nice but take plenty of money as it’s expensive. Overall defiantly wouldn’t return, my opinion jet2 please remove from your holiday list to British people

Absolutely worst hotel I have ever stayed I’ve stayed in turkey numerous times and never have I experienced this! Ment to be all inclusive no food from 8.30 children have been starving all Week! No milk for the baby! Not buggy friendly hills every where beach isn’t located on the hotel is a bus ride away! It’s a racist hotel to English only accommodates the Germans! Hotel staff rude! Unapproachable not friendly no one speaks any English. Same food every day! Not fresh food either! Staff grabbed my arm on the first day, shouted at by waiters for ordering a drink with the wrong waiter! DO NOT GO HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WASTE OF MONEY!

well to be honest, i first went to another hotel and without calling names it was horrible, after that i went to dream hill and from service to the excellent breakfast, everything was perfect , clean and great service even the manager off the restaurant checked if we needed anything, and for that i was amazed and surprised with the hospitality, and the for the price of 6 stars accommodation, for that i’m definitely coming back again.

The hotel staff was very polite, understanding and kind to us guests. Especially the waiters were very helpful in every way and showed a warm welcome. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to the hotel's location, comfort, service and privileges, as well as the warm and friendly behavior of the hotel staff. Thank you very much for everything
