When we arrived at this 5-star hotel, we expected beautiful accommodation as in the catalog photos, unfortunately we received a double room with two beds for us three adults, the room was at the level of an ugly tourist hostel and looked like a staff room. After the complaint, they promised us that they would replace it the next day. We contacted TUI - 24/7 service, but no one communicated with us and no one called back that day. Since we were very tired after the journey, we agreed and the three of us slept in two beds. The next day TUI contacted us saying that our message had been lost somewhere and that they only found it now. They say they won't deal with anything yet, they'll wait until we sort it out with the reception. After that, we waited all morning around the reception for a change, around noon they told us that they had a spare room. We reached the other end of the hotel and there was the exact same room, small and musty, two beds pushed together and a Spartakiad deckchair added to it, so supposedly a room for three adults We told them that we had paid for a large room for three people, one of whom was in a wheelchair. They didn't care, we were told if you want better, pay extra. So we stayed in the tiny original one, brought a Spartakiad deckchair as an extra bed and waited to be exchanged for the room we had paid for. Solved even with the hotel manager, absolute lack of interest !!! We have never experienced such a disastrous approach anywhere. Diet and catering The first week OK, there is a lack of variety, they cook the same thing every day, the second week a drastic change, for breakfast only two types of salami, no ham, only tomatoes and cucumbers, no salads, probably caused by a change in the Russian clientele, the number of guests arrived from about collective farms... Hotel facilities, services and staff rooms ugh ugh ugh, according to the presentation of the travel agency, the hotel is supposed to be newly renovated in January 2024, it's not true, the hotel is not renovated !!! The all-inclusive price includes a daily replenished minibar in the room, replenished irregularly, usually only after an emergency at the reception and then urgently via TUI The highlight was when you had to go and ask for toilet paper at the reception, because after three days you ran out....
