At arrival we been offered bigger room to upgrade for 100€ for two weeks which was waste of money in my opinion Staff is friendly and nice security round the hotel make you more relaxed and feel safe Food is nice and tasty but you having pretty much same food every day Bad points minimum amount of fruits available no even water melon if you want fresh orange juice 2€for a glass 🥃 f you there with kids that make everything worse all cocktails are 5€ to10€ basically if you’re with family prepare to spend some extra as kids want strawberry’s and cocktails If I would be asked would I go back there I would for the right money I would not spend more than £1200 per person for all inclusive in place like that for the same value as they are now you ge much more elsewhere And finally the beach is okay but sea water is dirty and lots of rubbish floating about So overall pool is large basic drinks are good staff is good too is good but you not getting value for the money for your inclusive package I would say check all inclusive package to not to get disappointed

Second time we've been here, fantastic place, everything for the children! The entertainment is amazing each and everyone of them have time for all guest and brilliant with the kids, I must say Ray is our favourite he's been here both times we have been and he has been brilliant.

Lovely hotel. Great for families and lots of water parks to keep the kids happy. Kids club is great. Jasmine and Barbie are great with the kids. Food excellent with a wide range of choices. This is our second year coming back. Highly recommend

Fab hotel, lots to do everyda, excellent entertainment, specially Obama he is the best 🥰 very nice man and funny Fab holiday? Food also very good. Lots to choose from !

Lovely place very clean, beach was our favourite though we were pestered about trips constantly. At the hotel slides were great, rooms ok, maids great. Loved the free drinks in rooms. All of the hotel staff were constantly after tips which was annoying, alcohol was shockingly bad but food was good especially at the island. 1 out of five of us was ill with d &v for 12 hours then was ok, unsure why this was. Island party and foam party was amazing and plenty to do with kids and teenagers. Guy in the hotel spa was very annoying and rude but guy in the clothes shop was great. Had a great time but would not return due to the annoying staff and alcohol being so bad had to pay for cocktails. We paid for all inclusive but only certain bars and certain times were actually all inclusive and it would take 20 beers to get tipsy.
