Eftalia Blue

We stayed at Eftalia Blue for 14 nights with our family, and overall, we had an absolutely fantastic holiday. Rooms & Accessibility When we arrived, the reception staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. As someone in our family uses a wheelchair following an amputation, we had requested an accessible room. Unfortunately, there were no accessible rooms available until three days before we were due to leave, so we were given a room on the first floor instead. The room itself was lovely and had a nice view overlooking Eftalia Sol. However, we did struggle with the wheelchair when using the bathroom, and we couldn't access the balcony with the wheelchair. A few days later, we asked again about an accessible room, and this is where Seher and her colleague deserves a special mention. She was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to help us. We were eventually moved into an accessible room, which was much better and far more suitable for our needs. We really appreciated everything Seher did for us. One downside was the lifts. Sometimes we waited up to 15 minutes because guests were using the lifts to travel just one floor. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was very frustrating Food The food was absolutely divine! We've seen people complain that the food is repetitive or isn't very kid-friendly, but honestly, we couldn't disagree more. We stayed for 14 nights and never once got bored or tired of the food. There was such a fantastic variety, with plenty of choices every day. For children, there was always pizza, chips and chicken nuggets, so there was definitely something available for even the fussiest eaters. The desserts were also excellent, with a great selection every day and even more choice on the themed nights. The themed nights were fantastic and had some really delicious food. I particularly loved the à la carte grill — the food was so good. Burgerland was another great place to eat. A special mention has to go to the male chef who works there. He was so lovely, caring and friendly, and he made my visits there even more enjoyable. Thank you! 🏊 Slides, Pools & Activities The leisure facilities were fantastic. There was such a great variety of slides, meaning there was something for everyone. The pools were clean, spacious and well maintained, and the slides were great fun for all ages. There was one day when the pool had to be closed because someone had, well... 💩 😂 But these things happen, and it certainly didn't ruin our holiday. We absolutely loved the pool games and the giant inflatable. There was always something fun going on, and it was a brilliant way to spend the day. 🎉 Entertainment Team The entertainment team honestly made my holiday the best ever! Every time you see them, they are so lovely, cheerful and full of energy. They really know how to make your day and put a smile on your face. Garfield is honestly one of the funniest men I have ever met. He is such a lovely person, and the Crazy Frog dance we all do during pool games always makes my day. I've loved sharing so many memories with him and having such a great holiday. Water gym just isn't the same without Garfield! 😂 I also loved playing darts with Nazim. He is always so much fun, and I really enjoyed our games together. Koray is another person who always makes me laugh. I love how funny he is with everything and how much energy he brings to the team. Honestly, the whole entertainment team are amazing. They work incredibly hard to make everyone happy, and they have made our holiday so memorable. A huge thank you to all of you for making our holiday so special — you are all incredible! The Staff The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever we needed anything. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel really looked after. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant, bars and entertainment team, everyone worked incredibly hard to make sure guests had a fantastic holiday. Their friendliness and positive attitude really stood out. A huge thank you to all the staff at Eftalia Blue for everything you did during our 14-night stay. You all played a huge part in making our holiday so enjoyable and creating memories that we will never forget. Overall Despite a few minor issues, we had a brilliant 14-night family holiday at Eftalia Blue. The food was fantastic, the pools and slides were great, the entertainment was incredible and, most importantly, the staff were absolutely wonderful. There are so many people who made our holiday special. Thank you We would definitely recommend Eftalia Blue and would love to return again ! ❤️

Where do I start, firstly don't be put off with any of the negative reviews. As a family we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, the stars of this hotel are the Summer Gang entertainment team. They work so hard to put on all the entertainment and amazing shows. We thoroughly enjoyed the White night on the beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean both in communal areas and the rooms themselves. We had an issue on check in as we had requested an accessible room as my husband is a wheelchair user. We did not recieve an accessible room but after a couple of days and after speaking to Seher and Huseyin they were able to provide an accessible room which was great. There was always plenty of food choice and it was great to try different cuisines. The Island was too busy for our liking and alot of upselling, we did spend 1 day there out of our 2 week holiday but to be honest with everything that is on offer at the hotel there was no need to leave the hotel. Special mention to Garfield, Nazim, Koray, DJ Muaz and Minnie. Would we return? Most deffinately 😀

Very average for the cost when it says all inclusive only to find you have to pay for cocktails, entertainment and alot more in the hotel. staff not friendly everything feels very rushed. alicante meal was so rushed every meal was forced on you before you had finshed a plate. On check in they tried to force you to upgrade for 300 pounds what joke. After coming to turkey 3 times this place was hectic and didnt feel warming. On arrival no info given to us. Won't be coming back again. Room was the only decent thing here.

We had a wonderful family holiday at eftelia blue the atmosphere was lovely and the entertainment team especially island entertainment took great care of us the island kids club was amazing with the children and kept happy and entertained we had a great time and would definitely come back!❤️

We had an amazing holiday and really enjoyed our stay! Everything was so good, from the rooms and the delicious food to the swimming pools and the water slides. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The food was delicious and there was a lot of choice for everyone. The swimming pools were fantastic and the water slides were so much fun! 🏊‍♂️💦 The atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was perfect and we had an amazing time. We would definitely come back again and would highly recommend this hotel to families! ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
