Pros and cons and each to their own. Pros - very clean and continual cleaning and tidying everywhere to the point where the impressive marble floors are a slip hazard, especially when it rains. Bedrooms spacious and beds comfy and rooms well attended. Had a nice west facing balcony but unfortunately continual road noise from the highway meant ear plugs needed every night. The next door hotel entertainment was impossible not to hear, didn’t bother me but might trouble anyone trying to sleep before 2230. Pros waterslides, something for everyone and fairly relaxed about height etc but what was annoying was the 2 hour forced stoppage 12-2 and the bored kids getting told off for climbing up them when they were turned off. Given the waterpark is in the shade from mid afternoon and therefore too cold to use it seems completely unnecessary to have this lengthy stoppage . Food- lots of choice they do rotate . Highlights for me; sushi and the salads were fresh and so much choice of veg. Equally lots of pasta and chips & meats if so inclined. Cons- the wine is just awful. Just about palatable with food but on its own just grim. Tip - the local supermarket sells a slightly better red - local which once decanted and chilled was a better option but European wine is extortionate. The beach is a nice place to be but black sand and stony so hard to get in/out but loungers with cushions provided if early enough. Overall I won’t be coming back as there’s not enough going on around the hotel to experience Turkey . Bus to Alanya is very possible but Side was £80 return in a taxi. If you’re not a wine drinker and just like a pool area with limited all inclusive drinks then it’s fine and the younger kids loved it. Be warned when it rains it’s torrential! Definitely have a Turkish bath in the spa! That was a highlight!

Very friendly staff and the hotel always had a great atmosphere for kids and family always somthing to do, rooms where very nice, water slides are amazing and I loved the water sports. Duygu was always really nice and talkative and very sweet!! She always very welcoming and kind . I recommend going to this hotel. The location of the hotel is great a bit out of the way but very cheap buses

What a fabulous holiday, definately a must go to if you want a trip abriad, food is really nice and staff are really nice and Polite- definatly leave them with your kids because they are so good! Rooms are always cleaned and Nice pools!!
