Ela Excellence Resort Belek

Fantastic hotel fully exceed our expectations would highly recommend

We ve been visiting the hotels fot many years because of its great location right on the blue flag beach, several pools incl heated, great food selection, kids club with activotoes for any age and our fav hammam spa. We first came when the kids were little as its easy to move around with a pram and find different type of food in the children area. The rooms are good sizes woth lovely calm intterior and comfy beds. I especially want to mention the guest relations service who go out of their ways to help with any inquiries. And it seems to beat similar rivals on the price every time we do the booking , so we keep coming back :)

Amazing food, fantastic service and pure luxury! We had a wonderful stay at Ela Excellence. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the whole experience felt luxurious from start to finish. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. A five-star experience—we’d happily return and would highly recommend it!

A lovely holiday destination with attentive staff. Unfortunately the experience was tainted when we received our final bill. Despite being advised we would receive a free booking to one of the a La carte restaurants at the beginning of our stay, this was not honoured. We booked 2 separate à la carte experiences one at La Perla and one at the teppenyaki restaurant. Fully expecting to pay for the more expensive of the 2 options. There is also a free à la carte restaurant which is available for the duration of your stay, but we were informed on departure that this was our free selection. On receiving our final bill we had been charged for both à la carte restaurants. When this was challenged, I was informed that we did not qualify for a complimentary à la carte experience despite being informed that we would be at the start of our stay. I paid for the additional meal, but would not have booked La Perla as an additional expense. I feel somewhat scammed and felt this spoiled what was otherwise an enjoyable holiday. Please also note, when you dine in the à la carte restaurants you will get pressured into upgrading your wine selection to an expensive paid option from the wine menu. Please note you can just have the included house wine at no additional cost.

Another fantastic family holiday. We’ll be back for visit number seven! We’re currently enjoying our sixth stay at Ela Excellence, and it’s been another fantastic family holiday. Our children, aged 10 and 6, absolutely love the kids’ club, and we feel very reassured knowing they’re safe and well looked after while having so much fun. The staff and service are excellent, our room is lovely and clean, and the food has been great. We had three complimentary à la carte meals, with the Mexican restaurant being our favourite, although I’m not sure whether the complimentary vouchers are still offered. The buffet has also been really good, with plenty of choice. The heated Olympic pool is brilliant for the children, and the staff on rollerblades bringing drinks straight to your sun loungers are a fabulous touch! Our only suggestion for improvement would be the evening entertainment in the amphitheatre. Last year’s shows felt a little more spectacular, with more acrobatics and even a motorbike circus. The children remembered those performances and missed them this time. That said, this year’s shows are still good, and the children have enjoyed them. We would 100% recommend Ela Excellence for a family holiday and will definitely be back for our seventh visit!
