Having stayed at quite a few of the luxury hotels around Belek over the years, including Ethno, Regnum and Cullinan, we had a good idea of the standard we were hoping for from Ela Excellence. I can happily say it lived up to it! First and foremost, a huge mention has to go to the Guest Relations team. Mehtap, Aylin and yhe team were amazing from start to finish. They helped us with all of our à la carte reservations, answered anything we wanted to know about the hotel and were always there whenever we needed assistance. More than that though, they were genuinely lovely people. Warm, friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. They made a difference to our holiday and deserve a very special thank you. We stayed in one of the Lake House rooms and loved it. The room itself was beautiful, the robes were perfect and the views across the water and greenery were stunning. The whole Lake House area has such a relaxing feel to it. Being able to step straight out and swim around the houses was brilliant, and there were even cabanas around the pool area that you could use. The service around the Lake Houses was excellent too. There are QR codes at the tables for ordering drinks and somehow, within what feels like minutes, the waiters come rollerblading over with your order! A special mention to Youseff, who was a lovely guy and looked after us brilliantly. Something else we really appreciated about Ela is how green the resort feels. It’s a large hotel, but there are so many trees, shrubs and landscaped areas that it never feels like one huge concrete resort. There are lots of lovely little spaces throughout the grounds and it gives the whole place a much more relaxed atmosphere. Food was another massive highlight. We tried La Perla Italian, La Salsa Mexican and the Teppanyaki restaurant. Honestly, wow. All three were excellent, but the Teppanyaki experience in particular was fantastic and definitely one of the memorable nights of the holiday. La Sofa by the beach also became one of our favourite places during the day. Having proper à la carte food and table service right beside the beach was brilliant, and the bar there was great too. The evenings had a really nice atmosphere. Good DJs, a nice buzz around the hotel without it feeling over the top, and importantly for a hotel at this level, a really good selection of premium branded drinks. For our final day we booked one of the beach cabanas and it was probably the perfect way to finish the holiday. Having your own space by the beach with service throughout the day, food and drinks brought over and nowhere you needed to be was exactly what we wanted for our last day. Overall, Ela Excellence absolutely deserves to be considered alongside the other top luxury resorts in Belek. Beautiful surroundings, fantastic Lake Houses, excellent food and drinks and, most importantly, some genuinely wonderful people working there. A massive thank you again to Guest Relations Team for looking after us so well, and helped make an already brilliant holiday that little bit more special. We would happily come back. ❤️

We've just returned from eight nights at Ela Excellence Resort Belek as a family of three, and it comfortably exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail starts the moment you arrive. Rather than queuing at a desk, we were greeted and taken to a seating area, given drinks, and the whole check-in was handled around us while we sat down. It's a small thing, but after a late flight it set the tone for the entire week. That thoughtfulness carried through to the room, right down to having a proper steam iron so we could keep our clothes looking decent for dinner. The Ela Excellence app was genuinely useful too. Any question we had, we simply typed into the chat instead of trekking to reception or phoning guest services, and it was answered quickly. The kids' club was the standout. A different activity every single day — koi fish painting, a wood workshop, painting a piggy bank — and the facilities are seriously well thought out, with separate rooms geared to different age groups rather than one big room for everyone. Our daughter was obsessed with it and genuinely didn't want to leave at the end of each session. If you're travelling with young children, this alone is worth the booking. The pools are excellent, and the layout deserves a mention. The way the pools and sunbeds are arranged means it never felt cramped or like a scramble for space. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Galata Tavern and the team there made it. They brought out a cake, gave us a shout-out, and got us up dancing and smashing plates in proper Greek tradition. They looked after us beautifully all evening. The evening shows at the amphitheatre are of a genuinely high standard. In London you'd pay £100 a head for productions of that quality, and here it's simply part of your stay. We were thoroughly impressed with Ela and wouldn't hesitate to return. Happy to trim this down if you want a shorter version for Google, or add a line about the food and all-inclusive offering if that was a highlight too. The padel courts are superbly positioned by the beach which gives a lovely breeze whilst playing padel from 5pm onwards The pier and bar are a lovely place

The best experience you can think off. Staff has been absolute delight and especially Mustafa. He has taken amazing care of us and would not change anything for nothing!
