The hotel is very new also beatiful. The food are very delicious. Nomos restaurant is open 24 hours if you need any food all the time. The kid club is very good fir keeping out kids busy. Special thank you to our assinstant Ayse and Burcu. They were brilliant. We will definitly come back.

It was absolutely wonderful. Thanks to everyone, especially Burcu and Aiyşe, we didn't lack for anything. Not to mention Erkan who played beautifully with my daughter😊. The services and all the staff were beyond expectations..from the cleaning, to the playground, restaurants, bars, cenotes...absolutely everything. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Ethno Belek – A New Benchmark for Family Luxury Holidays Some hotels meet expectations. Others exceed them. And then there are places like Ethno Belek, which redefine what a luxury family holiday can be. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel operates on a different level. Before we even thought about check-in, we were warmly welcomed, offered refreshments, and invited to relax in a comfortable seating area. A dedicated staff member handled all check-in formalities for us, allowing our holiday to begin the moment we stepped through the door. It was an effortless and genuinely impressive arrival experience. We were then personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained in detail. The rooms are beautifully appointed and equipped with an exceptional range of amenities. From premium shaving kits and shower caps to toothbrushes for both adults and children, cotton swabs, and countless thoughtful extras, absolutely everything has been considered. The minibar is generously stocked, the beds are large and extremely comfortable, and special preparations had already been made for our two children, aged 4 and 6. One of the standout features of Ethno Belek is its guest assistant service. Through the hotel’s app, guests can contact a personal assistant 24 hours a day with any question or request. In reality, however, we rarely needed to use it because the staff consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. The level of attentiveness throughout the resort is truly remarkable. For families, the hotel is exceptional. The large water park offers slides and attractions for children of all ages and is maintained to an impeccable standard. Everything feels modern, safe, and exceptionally well cared for. Cleanliness throughout the resort is equally impressive. Whether in the rooms, restaurants, pool areas, or public spaces, the attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards are evident everywhere. The dining experience deserves special recognition. Guests can choose between the main buffet restaurant, various snack venues, and several à la carte restaurants. During our stay, we mainly enjoyed the buffet and the restaurants located around the pool and beach. The variety of food is outstanding, the quality consistently excellent, and the selection changes frequently enough to keep every meal interesting. Regardless of the time of day, we never felt that anything was missing. The beach area is another highlight. There are more than enough sunbeds available, along with a beautiful pier featuring a bar, comfortable loungers, and private cabanas directly above the sea. The only minor drawback is the presence of some stones on the beach and in the water, but this is a natural characteristic of the coastline rather than an issue caused by the hotel. We would especially like to thank Murat and his team, who took outstanding care of us during breakfast and lunch by the pool. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. Our personal assistant, Ayse, also deserves special recognition. She was always available, incredibly efficient, and genuinely passionate about ensuring guests have a perfect stay. The pool bar team was equally impressive, always friendly, highly motivated, and happy to accommodate special requests. One particularly innovative feature is the QR-code ordering system. Whether relaxing at the pool or on the beach, guests can order food and drinks directly from their smartphones. A short time later, the order arrives at the sunbed, often delivered by staff members on roller skates. It is both efficient and a lot of fun to experience. Final Verdict Ethno Belek is without question one of the finest family resorts we have ever visited. Outstanding service, exceptional dining, immaculate facilities, and an incredible attention to detail combine to create a truly memorable holiday experience. Our expectations were not only met—they were significantly exceeded. We wholeheartedly recommend Ethno Belek and will be returning ourselves. In fact, we have already booked our next stay for this autumn.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ethno Belek. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the beautiful architecture and luxurious rooms to the exceptional service provided by the staff.
