Gloria Verde Resort

Fantastic resort and incredibly helpful staff Service at the main bar was slow on occasions, but other than that it was perfect The food was delicious, the resort facilities impeccable, and the golf was fantastic!

Absolutely fabulous! We stayed at Gloria Verde for the second time in October, this time in a Select Villa, and loved it. The hotel is quiet, green and very comfortable. We really enjoyed having a buggy (each villa has it) to drive around the golf courses and visit the other two Gloria hotels. One of our favourite moments was having a peaceful family breakfast on the sunny terrace of the Select restaurant. A special thank you to İlkay 🙏❤️ (I hope I’ve got the spelling right!), who welcomed us every morning with a smile and took such good care of us, making sure we had everything we needed. This year hotel changed all inclusive policy, so food and drinks in other Gloria hotels were only at extra fee. We tried it for one day, it was a nice time, and rather enough to get the full impression of food choice in other Gloria hotels. The Select villa was spacious and very comfortable, great sound insulation. Daily cleaning was excellent, thanks to the lovely housekeeping team.❤️❤️❤️ Gloria app was also very handy. We sent requests via chat and usually got everything sorted within minutes. For us, it was a great alternative to calling the general 7777 guest assistance number. Victoria from Villa guest relations was also of a great help. Thank you, Victoria. And one of the lifeguards in the pool area was very helpful when my husband felt dizzy after sunny day, he brought him a glass of special restoring drink and called the buggy to bring him back to the villa. Sorry, that we did not check his name, but great thanks to him! Very professional help! 🙏 So, now, after two stays, we feel that Gloria Verde is the quietest and most relaxed of the three Gloria hotels. It offers a comfortable kind of luxury, without crowds or unnecessary fuss. What we especially appreciated was how friendly and helpful everyone was. Even towards the end of the high season, the staff were doing their best to make sure guests felt welcome and well looked after. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again! A very bad experience. This was the 16th time that we stayed in Gloria Verde since 2008, and each year the service becomes poorer. This time, not only we were awarded no upgrade of room as before for a long time faithful customer, but we were in fact upon arrival (at 1 o'clock at night) downgraded to a ridiculously small "new room" with inadequate bathroom in an annex, and had to spend most of the next day of our holidays to finally move to a standard room! And no excuse nor compensation...

Really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the electrics, rang reception and it was sorted within 20 minutes. Would recommend Gloria Verde hotel.

We arrived late in the evening, but we're directed to the restaurant were we quickly supplied with chicken , fries and salad and drinks .Great service throughout our stay .Our room was large ,spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The restaurants were at times busy but always the food was exceptional. We enjoyed the bands that were playing when we were there but didn't see a show.We only found the wonderful patisserie on our last day ,this was probably a good thing because the cakes all looked amazing .We would definitely recommend this hotel to families ,couples and groups .
