I had a lovely time here. I was on my own for a week then my daughter joined me for a couple of days. The place is really friendly. The staff are super helpful, especially the reception - very professional, but kind. There were always smiles everywhere. I don't drink so was observing alot. The activities team worked really hard to keep everyone entertained with water aerobics, darts, all kinds of things, you could play ping pong, pool. And of course the pools were in great condition. Its not the snazziest of hotels in comparison to some next door but it has a really fun vibe I think. People were having lots of fun. The kiddies area was amazing! Super busy! The entertainment was Great! You honestly didn't know what would happen next. From bands to box's to Motorbikes in cages and altheletes on bars! Brilliant! I only ate at a couple of the buffet style restaurants, but as a vegetarian I was very well catered to, always lots of variety and everything was really well labelled. Their Desserts were Bonkers! They even did a Halloween display! 10/10 The room was great, the shower was lush, beds n pillows super comfy. Fully recommended 😊
Everything is great in this hotel! Well deserved 5 stars.
So first night here, 22sqm room bedroom area is possibly 10ftx10ft, no balcony, can't open the fridge door fully. Very small, very claustrophobic. Multiple leaks going through reception and 2 pools of vomit so far. Room as far away from reception and food areas as can be. Reception and customer relations unwilling to upgrade to a balcony room, 1 couple smokers. £210+ to upgrade per room. Cheaper to book the 5 star Sherwood around the corner whose standard room is 29sqm and has a balcony. Not good so far and pretty rowdy insufficient seating in eating areas and outdoor bar areas, November 2026 so not exactly high season. Don't book if you want a nice place to stay or a hotel that works to accommodate needs. Rooms 7313 and 7513 if they want to do the decent thing and make our experience enjoyable.
Everyhing is great staffs are amaizing waiters nice and helpfull All inclusive perfect
3 stars at best – definitely not the 4-star deluxe experience advertised! We booked this as a last-minute holiday and, whilst we weren’t expecting absolute luxury, we certainly expected better from a hotel marketed as 4-star. Unfortunately, this hotel falls well short of that standard, and I genuinely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a quality Turkish resort experience. Rooms – Anything but deluxe! We booked a deluxe room, but there was absolutely nothing deluxe about it! The room was small, not particularly clean, and had maintenance issues, including a leaking window. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, making a decent night’s sleep almost impossible. Even a member of Guest Relations acknowledged that the deluxe rooms here aren’t really deluxe, although he was keen to point out that the staff were nice. Not exactly reassuring! Staff – A real mixed bag There are a handful of genuinely lovely staff members, particularly some of the entertainment team, who deserve recognition. However, overall, the service lacks warmth and friendliness. The night reception staff were particularly miserable and unapproachable. In fairness, I actually felt sorry for some of the employees, as many didn’t appear particularly happy themselves. It’s certainly not the welcoming Turkish hospitality we’ve experienced at other resorts - but the waiter on skates was lovely!! Pool area – One of the better features The pool area is actually quite nice and generally kept clean. There were lots of flies during our stay, although I suspect this may have been weather-related rather than a cleanliness issue. The pool bar was reasonable, and the drinks throughout the hotel were actually decent. Food – Repetitive, boring and disappointing This was probably one of our biggest disappointments. The restaurant is clean, but the food is incredibly monotonous. The same dishes appear night after night, with very little variety, no real themed evenings and seemingly minimal effort to make dining an enjoyable experience. There was a little extra effort for Halloween, which was appreciated, but otherwise it felt like Groundhog Day every evening. The cakes and desserts were definitely a highlight! The restaurant atmosphere also left a lot to be desired, with guests piling plates ridiculously high. Watching people take four or more burgers at a time rather sums up the dining experience! Entertainment – Below average The evening entertainment was disappointing and nowhere near the standard we’ve experienced at other Turkish resorts. The quality of the shows was poor, and there was very little that made us want to stay and watch. The hotel also has a pub area that could be absolutely fantastic with a little imagination, atmosphere and effort. Unfortunately, it feels like another wasted opportunity. Block C – Be prepared for sleepless nights! If you’re allocated a room in Block C, good luck! The barking dogs throughout the night were absolutely unbearable. We experienced constant barking night after night, which, combined with the uncomfortable beds, made getting a decent night’s sleep extremely difficult. The cats – Absolutely lovely! The hotel cats are gorgeous and were genuinely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, we also witnessed them being harassed by unruly children while their parents appeared completely uninterested in intervening. It was upsetting to watch, and I really wish the hotel would do more to protect them. So, was there anything good? Yes! The drinks were decent, the pool area was pleasant and clean, some of the entertainment staff were genuinely lovely, and the cats were wonderful. Sadly, that’s about where the positives end. Overall – 3 stars at its absolute best! We’ve stayed in other Turkish resorts and know how good the hospitality, food, entertainment and facilities can be. This hotel simply doesn’t compare. Thankfully, this was a last-minute break, and we didn’t spend anywhere near what we would normally pay for our holidays, particularly given that the weather wasn’t great either. However, even taking that into account, the hotel was a huge disappointment. If you’re looking for a genuine 4-star experience, friendly and approachable staff, varied food, good entertainment and a comfortable deluxe room where you can actually sleep, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There is potential here, but it needs considerably more effort, attention to detail and investment in the overall guest experience. Would we return? Absolutely not. Would we recommend it? Definitely not. 3 stars at best – and that’s being generous!
