Grand Park Lara

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel overall / ⭐ Massage service We stayed at Grand Park Lara in January, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the food and drinks were excellent. The hotel deserves a 5-star rating for the quality of its accommodation, hospitality and overall experience. However, unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the Turkish traditional massage/spa service. My wife purchased a traditional Turkish massage treatment, and we understood that the treatment would be carried out separately for men and women. However, when it came to the steam shower part of the treatment, the staff attempted to have men and women use the same steam shower room together. My wife was uncomfortable with this arrangement and, quite understandably, decided not to take part in that part of the treatment. I then approached the reception of the spa/massage service to explain the situation and look for a solution. Unfortunately, I found the staff there unhelpful and unwilling to properly address our concerns. This was particularly disappointing considering the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel itself deserves 5 stars, but the massage/spa service we experienced deserves 0 stars. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and reviews the standards and practices of the spa service provider. A lovely hotel like Grand Park Lara deserves service providers that maintain the same level of professionalism, respect and customer care. Despite this experience, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel itself. The spa/massage service, however, needs significant improvement.

Great holiday with my family, we had really nice time in July. Entartainment was good, food is exellent and like the staff so much. Thank you for a great holiday!

Having read mixed reviews I was concerned about coming, but I should not have worried. The hotel is lovely & all of the staff are friendly & helpful. There’s a great selection of food at every mealtime that really does cater for everyone so you will never go hungry. Plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day so never struggled to get on. Entertainment during the day & evening is really good, we especially enjoyed playing darts everyday with Aslan, his energy & enthusiasm made it so enjoyable.

Gathering all those people from different nationalities is not that easy but DJs have actually done it. Perfect music choices, good beats etc. You guys literally made my holiday! Congrats! Activities and night shows were impressive. The foods and services; all staff was so kind and helpful, the foods were delicious. Especially the service staffs in A la carte Restaurant, thank you so much guys! Thanks for all kindness and help!

Great trip. Hot weather and never struggled to get a sunbed where we wanted it. Rooms were cleaned every day and had no issues. There is a lot of choice for food and drink both inside and outside which was different every day and tasted great. Not sure why people complain about it The entertainment in the daytime was good, and we played darts every day with Aslan from the entertainment team who made sure there was a lot of atmosphere and energy.
