Green Garden Resort & Spa Hotel

A big family hotel, with music and cats everywhere. Lots to do especially for kids 12 years old and under. Not the best option for those seeking tranquility. +Front desk staff efficient and helpful. +Lovely hamam spa treatment +\- Lots of food variety, some good (omelettes, vegetable stews), some bad (coffee, some chicken pink in the middle). - Lack of non-smoking areas

A Wonderful Family Holiday at Green Garden Resort! 🌴☀️ We spent a wonderful week at Green Garden Resort with our family, staying in a two-bedroom room, and everything was excellent! The hotel grounds are clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, varied, and offered a huge selection of dishes to suit every taste. There was always something for everyone! All the staff members were friendly, smiling, and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to the lovely Cansel for her exceptional warmth, kindness, and friendliness. Her genuine smile and caring attitude made our holiday even more special! ❤️ Our only small suggestion for improvement would be to make the water in the children’s pool in the aquapark a little warmer, as it was quite cold for the little ones. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and are very happy with our experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We would happily recommend this hotel to other families. 💚

I love this resort. Awesome food. Great service a special in the Snack Bar NEBI- the best barman in the Antalya! ( we love Russian Rulette )I will never forget this vacation. And Lara is the most kindness girl in this place. Dartman is irreplaceable! Clean and nice rooms.

For the first 1–2 days, we felt very comfortable at the hotel; the cleanliness of the room and the resort in general is truly remarkable. Most of the staff seem very dedicated. On the third day, first my son, then my wife, and finally I came down with a stomach virus, which meant we could only stay in our room for the next 2–3 days. Whether it was due to the food—specifically the desserts—I can’t and won’t say. I don’t know, but the fact is that we all just felt terrible, and from that day on, we found it very difficult to eat anything. After almost every meal, we had a lump in our throats and felt like we’d been on too many roller coasters. Incidentally, I’ve read this mentioned a few times in other reviews, which gives one pause. But what I can say specifically about the kitchen staff and servers is that it wasn’t appetizing. I watched as a woman prepared omelets while wearing gloves, checked her cell phone in between, and then continued making the omelets—that is, adding onions, tomatoes, and cheese to the pan... Another server, while wearing gloves, adjusted her hair several times. Last but not least, I’d like to say a few words about Ms. Yulyia Sinyutina, the guest relations manager. You can book à la carte restaurant visits and other activities through her. Ms. Sinyutina messaged me on WhatsApp after our arrival and sent me a lot of information—a total of 14 messages with pictures, details, etc. Some of the messages began with “ACTION REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY.” There’s a reason I’m mentioning this here, which I’ll get to now. On the 4th day, Ms. Sinyutina messaged us on WhatsApp and asked how we were doing, whether we were having a nice vacation, and if “anything was bothering us.” I replied to Ms. Sinyutina that we weren’t feeling well—that we’d had to spend the whole day in our room with gastrointestinal issues—and I also reported in detail on the problems in the kitchen. I received no reply from Ms. Sinyutina—not on the fifth day, nor on the sixth. On the seventh day, Ms. Sinyutina messaged me again with a message that began, “Dear guests! You’ll be leaving our hotel soon. How did you like it? Were you satisfied with our facilities?” And even more questions. So, even though I had informed her that we were confined to our hotel room with gastrointestinal issues and could barely move, there was no immediate response from a guest relations manager??? And this despite the fact that she had even written to us asking how we were doing? We didn’t expect much, but the fact that there was no response left us, quite frankly, stunned.
