Haydarpasha Palace

The hotel and facilities were amazing - lots of entertainment for the whole family, food was lovely the staff were so accommodating to us all and very hardworking! great value for money and the children were kept busy even on the days where we experienced rain! Housemaids kept the rooms clean daily and fridges topped up regularly. The only downsides I found were the outside pool was very cold so our little ones wouldn't swim in them (had to use the indoor pool which was a shame on the hotter days). Some of the guests were particularly rude and a couple of occasions guests decided to poo in the indoor pool area closing it down at least 3 times during our visit - this is not a reflection on the staff or the facilities more the clientele that book.

We love this place. There is not much more we could want has it has everything we need. Great for kids and adults. Very clean, lots of good choice from 3 different restaurants. Cocktails are to die for. And all staff are wonderful, see you next year. Xx

Just want to say this hotel really is amazing. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews. The room and the hotel is spotless, absolutely stunning. I’m a really picky eater and I’ve always found something to eat plus actually tried new things, everything is piping hot and fresh! The bbq especially is really good! Also want to give a shoutout to Turaco who runs the kids club, he is so friendly and makes every day/night at the mini disco like it’s the kids first night on holiday, his enthusiasm really is admirable. It’s our first time staying here and would 100% come back again. My only negative comment would be it would be good if there was a system with the inflatables to go down the slide, but that’s the only thing I can think of!

We recently stayed here for 10 days returning home on 23rd October and have only good things to say about this hotel. The first 3 days of our holiday were rainy and the staff and hotel did their upmost to fill the time and entertain guests. All staff work extremely hard to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. The hotel is quite large but not overwhelming and everyone is catered for. There is food available 24/7 and while it is not al a carte, it certainly is good, with salads, chicken and fish being excellent choices. Drinks are plentiful and with many bars around the hotel area, you do not have to walk far to obtain them. Our room was comfortable, quiet and very clean, the mini bar is filled each day with beer, soft drinks, water, jiuce, nuts and nut bars and the young lad responsibile for this along with our cleaner, was always smiley, polite and friendly. This is a family hotel, with many family groups and lots of children. Perhaps if you are looking for a couples hotel, there may be more suitable choices elsewhere but for a family holiday with plenty to keep the little ones occupied, then it would be very difficult to beat this hotel. For the total cost of the holiday, we felt it was well worth it. There is a beach for guest use and in October the sea was warm but not clear. The small fun fair was a great success with our little ones and the water slides enjoyed by the older members of our party. We had a lovely holiday and thank you to all staff at Haydarpasha Palace for your care and hard work.

Don’t go there! They ask extra money!!!! I made my reservation via website appeared on google search, and all was good! However during check in, they said this agency is only valid for certain nationals, and I have to pay extra money! Can you believe that? Reservation officer,Neslihan, she threatened me that either I pay extra money or they dont accept me to the hotel! Unbelievable! So, I strongly suggest you double check with your agency not to gwt a surprise during check in
