Overall experience not to bad, wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star hotel at all though, the room we stayed in constantly smelt of smoke we reported it numerous times and the only solution they had for us was just leave us with a bottle of made up air freshener. Cleaning of the rooms was very basic although they changed towels every day when asked they never made beds up properly or tidied anything else for that matter, the English are not one bit catered for with the food, if your a fussy eater you will 100% struggle to find a single meal, entertainment and facilities can’t complain about the kids pool is brilliant and just a short walk to the beach. Enjoyed my stay but wouldn’t return

It was my first time my wife and 3 kids. We are such an incredible experience l. Everything was perfect. Food, staff, rooms, pools and all the fun programs. It was everything we needed for luxury experience.

I love this place, probably I’m gonna come back next year. Food is delicious, there is a lot of animations, I met a lot of people there whom I’m friends with today. I also can't leave out the animation team: Duracell, who has tons of energy, and Berkay too; and Umut, who makes sure the morning gym session is well-run. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Not as good as first time we came so we came 2 years ago as a couple and loved it so we booked again hotel is lovely but some of the staff are rude when we first came we had a lad come round the pool on skates and bring you a drink so this time I came he came over all happy I gave him 10 euros them his friend came about a hour later so I gave him 10 euros so they would no who we was and keep coming we never had a drink bought to us again I raised this with couster relations and she said it was unacceptable but nothing changed the entertainment team was not as good as last time we was here so much so when me andd wife went to pool party one of young entertainment team started dancing around me in a very rude way which upset my wife but didn't want to cause a Sean on 3rd night house keeping was excellent always smiling we went out most nights because the man who does massages wouldn't leave us alone breakfast he was there dinner there and then round the pool I wouldn't return again I found a lot of the guests really rude as if to say we don't belong there but the English people we met was lovely

Unsure on the bad reviews, we have just returned from an 11 night stay with a 2 year old Hotel was clean, food was good - a bit repetitive but that is expected in all inclusive resorts No issues with illnesses, everything seemed to run smoothly in the hotel Pool area was big, some rude guests around but overall a fantastic experience Mini disco kept our 2 year old dancing into the night & the mini theme park was great too Top tip - we booked through Jet2 who were charging over £1.1K for a two bed family room for 11 nights We booked one room down and then I contacted the hotel directly asking about upgrades. They upgraded us for €25 a night - a no brainer
