Very good,nice hotel, luxury

We generally had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel, its facilities, and the service provided by most of the stuff. However, our experience was significantly affected by the behavior of an employee named Şahin. During our stay, he repeatedly and insistently asked for my phone number and room number, in charge of the bar, despite my lack of interest in sharing this information. He also appeared to be trying to find my social media accounts, which made me feel uncomfortable. In addition, there were several occasions where he attempted to become physically closer to me in a way thats felt inappropriate and unwelcome. As a guest, I find this behavior unprofessional and intrusive, and it negatively impacted what would otherwise have been an enjoyable vacation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that guests can enjoy their stay without feeling pressured or uncomfortable. Apart from this issue, the rest of the stay was pleasant.

All in all, a lovely holiday. A special mention goes to the photographers Khan and Mert. You’re a brilliant team. It was great fun doing a photoshoot with you again. You clearly do your job with passion and a lot of love. 💖 Many thanks to both of you—see you again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The animation team was fantastic, organizing great activities every day and creating a fun atmosphere for everyone. We especially enjoyed the poolside activities, which were always entertaining and well organized. The evening entertainment was also excellent, with a different and enjoyable program every night. A big thank you to the entire animation team for their energy and enthusiasm. We would definitely love to come back!

The hotel complex is large with a lot of walking and stairs between pools, bars, restaurant and facilities. The food was ok but a bit repetitive. You have to queue for everything, especially in the snack bar and pool bar as it was so busy. We had professional photos taken of our family and I cannot recommend Khan and Mert highly enough. Our album is amazing and we had so much fun doing it. Their kindness, professionalism and the way they made us feel at ease was second to none!!
