Horus Paradise Luxury Resort

Disapointing stay, extra charge everywhere...The hotel is simply awful, not worth a single cent. At best, it's a -4* hotel. You have to pay for the internet and ice cream, and I've never seen at a 5* hotel somebody walking around offering freshly squeezed juice during breakfast, for 3€ per glass. There is no staff, only disposable tableware. Under the guise of ecology and reducing plastic consumption, there are water dispensers with plastic cups, and, incidentally, the disposable tableware is also plastic... The staff is rude, angry, and mostly don't speak English... Hotel wasn't full but, when we asked to extend our stay, we were charged €10 per hour... The rooms are morally outdated, as is the hotel itself. The worst vacation in Turkey... Avoid this hotel!!!

First impressions , ok,,, booked in late , to find not actually in main hotel , but outside in grounds , quite a walk away , reception porter took us in hotel van ?. and basically dumped us outside with cases told us floor , and drove off . Room was ok, big bed, room quite large , BUT, there is no free internet they want to charge you 22. Euro per device, for 14 days or pay by hr or day . Mini fridge pathetic!!!! 1 sm Pepsi 1sm orange 2 sm water, The walk back to the main hotel, is not for the elderly , disabled, hilly & steep stairs , which you have to do every day to main restaurant , even that is a challenge to get seated , food , be prepared to eat out, after 3 days , Boring , cold, unappetising, Beach , be prepared to go very early to get your sunbeds. The same by main pool . I’m going to say that we found , that all the staff , were basically rude, un helpful , ignorant, The cleaninless, of our room , was zero. Minimum effort . This hotel is not luxury , or 5 star, save your money , do your reviews , book elsewhere,

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It was advertised as an “ultra all-inclusive” resort, but even water was served from a machine in plastic cups. The food quality was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. For the price paid, the experience was far below expectations. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

We are happy because all personal was careful and smiler. Animation lifeguards and all personal was good especially Muhammed ali rümeysa can and the others. Thank you everyone.
