Horus Paradise Luxury Resort

We have stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row because last year we were absolutely amazed by it. Our satisfaction is still at the highest level, and I hope that our next holiday will also be spent there. The entire resort is luxurious and beautiful, with excellent hygiene standards, and even the most demanding guests will find everything they need. The rooms are lovely, clean, and regularly maintained. It is also easy to communicate and arrange everything with the housekeeping staff. The reception staff are extremely helpful and always do their best to accommodate the guests’ needs, especially Ms. Sude, who was wonderful. Regarding the bars throughout the resort, the employees are true professionals who prepare excellent drinks with great skill. Some of them even remember your favourite and usual drink. I would especially like to mention one kind bartender who welcomes his regular guests with the words “big smile”. In all restaurants of the resort, the service is first-class and the care for guests is exceptional. However, I would especially like to highlight the Horus Restaurant, where during every dinner the staff were perfectly prepared even for a large number of guests. I have never experienced such professionalism as shown by this evening team of waiters, assistant managers, and managers of the restaurant. These employees took care of the guests continuously, without breaks or signs of tiredness. They were always kind, smiling, and of course very professional and intelligent. I would especially like to highlight the team leader, Mr. Miraç. The location of the resort is excellent, directly on the beach, where clean sunbeds and umbrellas were always available for hotel guests. The pools in the resort area were always clean and sunbeds were prepared for visitors. The hotel animators took excellent care of guests of all age groups and provided great entertainment for everyone. Maybe I have forgotten to mention something, but that is probably because even after returning home to Slovakia, I am still amazed by this beautiful country, the wonderful hotel, and the perfect services. Thank you to the entire team and the management of the resort for taking such excellent care of us and making our stay unforgettable.

Family vacation in Horus hotel was great. Food, Drinks, Swimming Pools, Slides, Sea, Beach and People are perfect. One Pearson was extra special, this is photographer Khaan, who works at hotel studio for Photography. He made photos for our family and his touch was a memory we will never forget. We took all the photos plus family album. He is one incredible Pearson and one Top Photographer ... eL Maestro🌟 You need to experience it and your Turkey vacation will have one extra star.

Beautiful and spacious Hotel as soon as you enter through the door you get the WOW feeling 🤩 Very clean everywhere inside and outside they are taking cleaning very seriously ❤️ Rooms very spacious- i never slept so good like in this hotel 🤩 Spa is great - Hamam was very rejuvenating ❤️ The food omg 🤩 24/7 so much to eat/drink❤️🙈 The stores.. you have a feeling this hotel has everything you need 🤩 And the best part- they have the best photographer in the world Khaan - I truly recommend this to everyone. Take this opportunity to capture these beautiful moments and create memories that will last a lifetime. Whether it’s for a family album or simply to treasure forever, it’s absolutely worth it. The photographer is simply the best in the world. ❤️

This by far is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Positives- animation team, bar staff and waiters/waitresses. Housekeeping too all deserve recognition. Sandy beach is stunning. Negatives - food very repetitive, too many guests and no space for accessing any of the buffet areas, tables not set with cutlery or cleaned - this is due to lack of staff. Buffet comprised daily of burgers, chicken and rice with the usual salads etc. We went to the a la Carte Italian meal one night. Everyone of our meals were freezing cold, people were walking out and when I spoke to Customer Relations the following day she said it is very normal due to only 2 staff working in the kitchen. Very poor response from the lady and she was not interested in what I had to say! Rooms- we were in a family garden room. Very basic and not your usual contemporary expectations for the cost we paid and the numerous occasions visiting Turkey. Not enough seats outside for family of 4 and no tables to sit and relax. The pools were extremely busy and the whole resort was absolutely manic. It was like the whacky races trying to get dinner and snacks with queues which were overstretched. Thousands of people entering the restaurants in the evenings and every one of their faces expressed a very stressed look. We spent over £2,000 eating out for 12 nights and that was us spending over £5,000 on an all inclusive. Many people we spoke to said they wouldn’t come back and done the same with eating out. This is 100% a management issue. If I could deter one family not booking this hotel then this review has been successful.

Amazing stay for our honeymoon at the Horus Paradise! Our travel agent mentioned that we were on our honeymoon and we had our room upgraded and housekeeping put flowers on our bed for our arrival. Fantastic location with only a short bus (10 euro taxi) to Side or a 30 min walk. Side old town is beautiful with plenty of shops and bars to suit everyone and the amphitheatre is definitely one to see. At the hotel there are plenty of pools to suit your vibe! Ours was definitely the pool near the bar which had music and daily entertainment. I cannot thank the entertainment team and bar staff enough (especially Ozzy!) as they all worked so hard to make our stay perfect! The hotel is full of different nationalities so can make for some really interesting conversations and new friends. The food is very European friendly so if you are a fussy eater like me you may have to search for something you like but there is so much choice I always found something. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed when left in the shower as most hotels now. The hotel is huge with 3 different buildings and so it took us a day to figure out our way around but staff will always help out. Overall for the price we paid we could not have asked for a better stay for our honeymoon. Thank you.
