Amazing experience. Spotless and clean. Considering that I travelled with a 2 year old. All staffs from domestics to cook was extremely amazing and helpful. Buffet was wonderful!! So many options to choose from. Spotless and clean Will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying here. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, we were given a complimentary upgrade to family room, which was spacious and clean. Food was nice, lots of different cuisines available for each meal of the day. Overall a wonderful trip, will definitely come again with the family

The stay here was very nice. The staff were very friendly, rooms were cleaned daily and there was a large variety of food. It was beach front which was lovely too. Easy travel by bus to the town. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about the hotel was absolutely amazing, starting with the warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist. We were given two exceptionally spacious rooms, each with its own fridge that was stocked and replenished daily. The rooms were sparkling clean, and the bathrooms were fully equipped with all the necessary supplies—including ear buds, which I’ve never seen provided in any hotel before. The staff were truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to meet guests’ needs, all with a smile. They even used their phones to help with translation whenever there was a language barrier, which made communication effortless and stress-free. The hotel’s attention to detail, cleanliness, and guest comfort was impeccable. From the cozy, well-appointed rooms to the seamless service and warm hospitality, everything exceeded expectations. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making it easy to feel at home from the moment we arrived. I will certainly stay here again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family. It truly sets a high standard for what excellent hospitality should be.

Absolutely beautiful. Such an incredible experience, came for my 21st and the staff went above and beyond. The staff are incredible and so sweet. The best customer service I have ever recieved. The resort is incredible. The weather is sunny, there's indoor and outdoor pools. A spa and wellness centre, gym, club/ disco, all you can eat buffet. Even a salón. We were welcomed so graciously, and offerred complementary champagne. And the cats are so so friendly there are so many, one of my favourite parts of the experience. The rooms were amazing, so spacious, the amenities are constantly topped up, drinks in the fridge, shampoos, body washes, towels and robes. The staff go above and beyond to help you. I recommend learning basic Turkish, everyone is so happy to help you learn and so sweet about it. The hotel is incredibly clean and tidy and I felt so comfortable the entire time. I didn’t have a cake for my birthday so my mum asked a staff member because they were giving flowers out for valentines day, as that is my birthday. Seray went and got a slice of cake, gave me a bouquet of flowers and sang me happy birthday. She has such a beautiful, kind heart. Made my whole experience 10x better, shes such a joy to talk to and very funny. I will definitely be back, not just for the resort but because of the staff and for the wonderful Seray. This place is incredibly family friendly, the área is stunning and theres so much to do. 💕💕💕🫶🫶🎊🎊🎊🎊
