We enjoyed the holiday in the hotel. It is good that there is snack restaurant for lunch and we can after pool have food there. There are delicious dishes there especially we liked the burgers. The sea lounge has sea view and there is delicious margarita cocktail. We liked the spa services as well. The restaurant on the third floor is a great thing because at night we can have bites there.

Terrible stay overall, food was tragic, with lack of variety. Bars poorly scattered with different beverages requiring the customer to go on several walks. Rooms were absolutely shocking for the standard of 5*. Soaps and towels not replaced, bedding not changed, floor not cleaned, overall it was not even worth tipping the cleaner.

Not Worth the Money!!! The room was dirty and very noisy at night. The staff were unfriendly and rarely smiled, and asking for a drink felt like an imposition. The bars were poorly organized: spirits at one bar, bottled soft drinks at another, and bottled beer at another, so you spend a lot of time walking between them. At dinner, you have to arrive early to get decent food, because it runs out within 30 minutes and the staff simply say "no more." The hotel is advertised as 5-star, but it's far from even a 4-star. Everything inside is old, and the management seems absent. For the premium prices they charge, I expected much better.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Baia Lara Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well organised. The atmosphere was lovely, and we really enjoyed spending time together as a family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious, with plenty of choices for everyone. The hotel is also a great place for families with children, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We had a lovely stay and created beautiful memories. Thank you to the whole team at Baia Lara Hotel. We hope to visit again in the future!
