Hotel Grand Zaman Beach

Good : Great hotel near the beach and centre. Nice rooms and food. Not good : Bad music and much too loud on the terrace. People are even going away because of the loud music! Many people make complaint but every time the music is getting louder! In the evening not enough tables and chairs for sitting on the outside terrace!

Fantastic hotel, clean and good food, But: Average age in this hotel are 60, but the music is tecno, youth music and very loud. It is inpossible to relax with this music/volume

We stayed 10 nights at this hotel. I have been to Alanya 7 times and belive me this is the best hotel I have stayed at. Everything is so clean!!! Even the public bathrooms and they have there air conditioning also. Food is on top! Outside is open kitchen so you can see how the food is made. Definately will book again. Only negative feedback will be the beach. There is said no booking sunbeds. But always the from row is covered with blankets and they doesn’t even bother to come but you cant move the towels..

We stayed at the hotel for 14 days in June. Reception - everything is fine. Quick check-in. Pool - I don't rate it. We only went swimming in the sea. Restaurant/food - top notch. The staff is really dedicated to their job and constantly clears away dirty plates. I've been to many hotels, but I have to say that I've never experienced such speed in clearing plates. I appreciate that there is salt and napkins on the tables. Unfortunately, in some destinations we didn't have this on the table in the hotel. Refreshments constantly replenished. I have to say that there is really nothing to complain about. Room - 4th floor with a view of the main street. We were satisfied. The room was nice and clean, so there was nothing to complain about. Cocktails are only available until 11:00 PM, but we personally didn't mind. I would have liked a menu so that it would be immediately clear what drinks are available. The vacation went perfectly, so we are satisfied. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for the great service.

4* hotel. 1* internet. Electricity in my room did not work properly. Kept shutting off at random times. Hotel Said they would fix it. Did not happen. Have a medical machine that needs power all the time. Great 🤔 Staff was great and helpfull, serving drinks and all - ofcourse only if you were a blond Young female. Location is good. Food is ok for buffet.
