We've just returned from another amazing 11-night stay at the Side Star Resort Hotel, and once again, it has exceeded our expectations. This was our second time staying here, and it certainly won't be our last! The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out to Ishmeal from the animation team, who was an absolute gentleman. His pool gymnastics sessions were excellent, and he always made time to come and speak with us each day. His friendly personality and enthusiasm really added to our holiday and he is a real credit to the hotel. We were also delighted to be invited to a special cocktail party for returning guests where we had the opportunity to meet the hotel management. This was such a lovely touch and made us feel genuinely valued as returning guests. Thank you to everyone at Side Star Resort Hotel for another unforgettable holiday. Fantastic hotel, amazing food, wonderful staff and a brilliant atmosphere. We couldn't recommend it highly enough! 5 stars all the way - we'll definitely be back!

Returned from 10 days at Side Star resort at the end of August and loved it. Having paid extra for a sea view, on arrival we were pleased to find out room was overlooking the pool with sea views beyond. The hotel has a lovely pool area and plenty of sun beds plus easy access to the beach with a golf cart doing regular shuttle runs. There are plenty of activities to keep the kids occupied during the day and a great animation team providing entertainment, pool games, a weekly pool party etc. All of the staff were friendly and helpful however two stood out from the rest during our stay. Mamet looked after us when we sat outside the pool bar in the evenings ensuring there was always a friendly welcome and plenty of drinks on the table. Ishmael was one of the animation team and in addition to some great aqua gym classes, always had time to stop and chat by the pool or in the evenings. He, along with the reception staff were very helpful when my partner left her phone in the taxi after a trip back from Side resulting in the phone being back in her hands within 30 minutes of losing it! In all a great hotel, the room we had was the best we've had on any of our holidays, and the hotel staff went the extra mile to make it memorable.Will definitely go back at some point.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel. Our first visit and it did not disappoint. The location is great local to shops and few bars , a short walk onto the beach, it’s a little hill back up but there is a 7 seater golf buggy going up and down if you don’t want to walk. The hotel inside is beautiful and spotlessly clean , staff friendly and facilities are very good. Highly recommended the Turkish bath & massage the spa is excellent. Pool clean plenty of sunbeds , animation team keep everyone entertained with pool games and activities. The food in the main restaurant was very good , themed nights & choice almost overwhelming. The snack bar by the pool and beach were also very good lots of choice. Good choice of ice cream/lollies all included. Drinks are very good they are very generous with the spirit measures. Good cocktail menu. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily , mini bar replenished daily including beer. We would definitely return to this hotel.
