Hotel Süral

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The animators were amazing – I still remember them to this day and they made the stay truly unforgettable. The evening shows were absolutely top-class, perfectly prepared and on a completely different level compared to what I experienced in Egypt. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping ladies greeted us every morning with a big smile. The hotel is located very close to the beach, and we always managed to find free sunbeds. The drinks were delicious and well prepared. One small downside was that all dishes with tomato sauce tasted very similar, even though they contained different ingredients. However, the variety of food was huge, so everyone could find something they liked. The man baking the bread deserves a 10/10 – the most wonderful person on earth, always smiling, and the food he prepared was absolutely delicious. Outside, there were always four grills operating, offering fish, meat, and a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel – clean, tidy, well-organized, and with a fantastic atmosphere.

The main advantage of the hotel is its excellent beach. The beach is wide, and the beach staff cleans and maintains the sun loungers. The level of service is simply zero. The reception staff was terrible and unfriendly. The waiters in the restaurant never approached us, although they did approach some tables. The bed linen was changed only once in 11 days, and we had to ask for it twice! There was very little hot water pressure in the shower, and we made a complaint three times, but nothing changed. The food is average, and everything is repeated every other day. There is a good coffee shop on the beach with friendly staff, and the coffee is delicious.

Hotel rooms definately not 5* more 3* we spent 10 days there food was awful they do not cater for British our room was never cleaned properly cups hardly ever changed glasses never changed, ashtray on balcony never emptied and floor not cleaned, had to get our own water for the fridge on a couple of occasions it states mini bar but just a fridge with 1 bottle of water , on a plus gardens are beautiful and so is the beach and reception area and the entertainment team and pool staff very friendly. I would not reccomend this hotel . I also got E coli while there near the end of my holiday

Hotel good, clean and animation team fantastic. Especially the darts with Ozan and his different darts games with his energy made it fun 🙌🤩😎

The animation team were so lovely and welcoming, Iklim was especially attentive and made for a fantastic experience. Great hotel service, would stay again.
