Hotel Süral

Generally everything was good, only hotel is older so some details was little incovenient. Personal, food, services are high level and very nice. Garden and hotel areal was very beautiful, well maintained. Just wanted to mention, Hotel is mainly focused on older clients, but it is not a disadvantage.

Staff brilliant at bars, cleaning, pool, restaurant. Room good size. Clean. Overrated for sure but not a problem. Please with the stay. Negatives: - the policy at reception of someone needing to come with you in the room to show you how to use basic things, door, air con, opening door through the balcony, etc. -the guy forcefully remove luggage from your hands to put them in your room without you asking him or giving permission. And then waiting for you to I've him a tip, and when not given swearing at you in Turkish while closing the door. - the extremely loud music at the pool. Same music all day. Loud, very loud.

Great hotel,very clean and cosy rooms. Staff is great, nice pool, lovely coffee house and beach bar. Food was varied and tasty. Minibus stop in front of the hotel for a cheap ride to Side etc. Areas of improvement is the music ( too loud) . Furniture is not modern but this wasn’t an issue for us. Overall we've had a great stay.

A wonderful stay – highly recommended! The hotel offers delicious food with a diverse menu, and the staff is well-trained, professional, and always friendly. The animation team also deserves special praise for making the stay even more enjoyable with their energy and great activities. The beautifully landscaped green areas are a real highlight. The beach is clean and well-maintained, with fine sand, while the sea is clear and clean. The rooms are welcoming, spotless, and equipped with efficient air conditioning. The swimming pool and water slides are great, especially for families and anyone looking to have some fun during their holiday. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and this is definitely a hotel I would happily return to. I would gladly repeat the experience!
