Juju Premier Palace

I was truly disappointed with the state of my room. It was dirty - hair in the hairdryer niche, stains on the bathroom bin and sink, dusty floor corners, fingerprints on mirrors, and cup marks on the bedside tables. For a 5-star hotel, this is completely unacceptable. When I complained to the manager around 1 a.m., he offered to send housekeeping to clean the room in the middle of the night or let me stay there until he “finds something” the next day. This is not the level of care or service expected from a luxury hotel. Very poor experience overall. BTW, the photos don’t even show the full picture

It was a very plesant stay with unlimited food and drinks wich were all amazing. In the mornings there was the coffe bar and the breakfest buffe and for the lunch there were two snack bars with very good food on a ala carte menu and a lunch buffe, all so with some sweet spots for ice cream or a selection of cakes, and for dinner there was a dinner buffe and allso restourants for extra charge of 15€ per person. And all day they had 2 bars, beach bar and a pool bar. The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a minibar witch had lots of drinks and were filled once a day. The locacion was picturesque and among some awsome nature, there wasnt many hotels close by bcouse it was in the end of the beldibi distric.

Great hotel and great food BUT BEWARE !!! the spa overcharged us twice by £32. they claim they cannot do transaction on their machine for more than 100 euros at at time (do to charges) so they split the transaction in two charges. When I converted the price from euros to pounds there was a difference of over £8 each compared with that days exchange rate , the spa claim it is your bank charges but I have spoken to my bank and the extra you pay is charged by the spa ! and charge twice as they do two transactions so beware when paying for anything in the spa !!

The place is really beautiful next to the sea. They have many activities to do. Perfect coffee and cakes. Too many food Especially airgun and some dancing courses. Julieth made the salsa and bachata. We learn easy steps. She made it really good for the people, to learn it easy and the first steps.

We had the best time at Juju. It was the ultimate resort, for us. We've enjoyed the great facilities, incl. gym, tennis court, air gun shooting, water polo, ping-pong, coffee house, spa, game room, night club, beer lounge. Entertainment was of a high standard. We've enjoyed the Half Time show the most, but they all deserve the praise. Food and drinks selection was fantastic. No complaints at all. The waiting staff were always nearby to remove empty plates and serve drinks. Pools and beach were maintained to the highest standards, with plenty of sunbed, parasols and pool service available. We have reserved Pavilion 4, at a cost of 80euros, but it was worth it. I highly recommend it. Overall, the stay was so fun, pleasant and enjoyable, that we didn't want to go on any excursions (eventually we went shopping mall, Land of Legends and Adrasan the 'Turkish Maldives').
