I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team and management of Juju Premier Palace for making my holiday truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived until the very last day, everything was impeccable. The atmosphere, cleanliness, service, attention to detail and genuine hospitality were exceptional. I felt welcomed, cared for and able to simply relax and enjoy every moment of my stay. A very special thank you goes to Yaroslava. Her warmth, kindness, professionalism and genuine care made my stay even more memorable. She was always attentive and ready to help, and it is people like her who create the special atmosphere that makes you want to return to a hotel again and again. Two hours. That's how long it took us to ask for check-out — on our honeymoon. We told reception we didn't deserve this much beauty. Some beauty is just too much. The honeymoon suite? A rusty mini fridge with two beers inside, and a towel swan on the bed. I'll be fair: the swan was elegant. The food: chicken meatballs. Yes, chicken meatballs. Bold choice for an "ultra all-inclusive" resort — you have to respect the confidence. The drinks match the vision: at the lobby bar and the beach bar, your coke is poured from a one-liter plastic bottle, right in front of you. So that's what "all-inclusive" meant — everything from the supermarket. Our check-out request got the same confident treatment: no-show charge, one night's payment collected. A hotel that trusts its service this much — impressive. Guests running away after two hours, and their only concern is the money. Nobody took responsibility. Nobody cared. A honeymoon couple wants to escape, and the hotel says: fine, they can go — as long as they pay :) Not a single person asked us why. They will ask that question eventually — every time they look at their empty rooms. We had to stay one night. In the morning, the room smelled of sewage. The hotel agreeing with us, I suppose: "You were right to leave." Rarely does a place express itself this clearly. My advice: don't go. If you think you'll be the exception — book through an agency. Mine got me out with just one night's payment. Honestly? If I'd dropped that money on the street, I'd hurt less. At least someone would've been happy.

We had a wonderful experience with the Kids Club at Juju Premier Palace. The animation team is incredibly caring, friendly, and attentive to the children. They make every child feel welcome, safe, and included in all activities. There is a great variety of entertainment and programs throughout the day, keeping the children engaged and happy. From creative games and crafts to fun outdoor activities, every day brings something new and exciting. The staff are energetic, professional, and genuinely passionate about working with children. Our daughter always looked forward to visiting the Kids Club and came back with a smile on her face. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm, fun, and memorable environment for the children. We highly recommend the Kids Club to families staying at Juju Premier Palace!
