Kaila Beach Hotel

We have just come back from this beautiful hotel after spending two weeks here. Overall we had a fantastic time. The hotel is very modern and clean. Food is good and plentiful (no English breakfast) lots of other alternatives especially making your own toasted sandwiches which were lovely . Lots of beautiful cakes and always something of an evening to find to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful we spent most of our time at the small pool by the dolphin snack bar the young lady serving there was really lovely. Our room was spotless and cleaners came in every day. There are lots of cats at the hotel and I thought how lovely it was that they did seem to be cared for and weren’t treated as pests. Entertainment probably lets the place down . The young children seemed to enjoy the two girls who ran the kids club they always seemed well looked after when I went past . There were acrobatic acts and singers and karaoke and bingo . The male member of staff doing the animation seemed to have a attitude problem he had a go at the crowd one night cause nobody wanted to join in his musical chairs and threatened to stop the entertainment if no one joined in . I won bingo one night and he got quite nasty saying I hadn’t one when I had then he said he was only joking. Another night the area was packed and I went to get a drink and when I was away he stole my chair just took behind the stage and shrugged his shoulders at my partner as if to say he could do what he wanted. Apart from him everyone else was lovely. There are lots of bars and shops and restaurants a short walk from hotel. There is a market that happens twice a week really close. Overall we had a great holiday it was our first time in Turkey but definitely not the last

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing holiday at this hotel My boyfriend got involved with all the activities including darts and water polo with the other guests and it was great to watch It’s so good seeing other guests getting involved and made the holiday so enjoyable with suleyman

Our time at the hotel was fantastic, we played darts and water polo nearly every day and all the other guests were involved and there was a great atmosphere and so much fun! It really made a great difference to our holiday and makes us want to come back again . Suleyman was amazing, funny man

The best vacation ever!! First of all, I want to thank the staff in the water slide area—especially Irem, whom my daughter adores; she is so sweet with the kids and really looked after them, organizing so many activities that they never had a moment to get bored. The DJ was also very friendly, played great music, and organized fun games for us adults, too... thank you!! The bartenders were top-notch!!! They made us delicious cocktails and were also very friendly with my son, who loves the non-alcoholic Pikachu cocktail. The lifeguards were very friendly; they would splash the kids with water and play with them. We had a blast during all the evening entertainment—we laughed and had a wonderful time, thanks to the staff. Thank you all for giving us the best vacation ever! Hotel is lovely and in a great place especially if you like to go for long walks. The food was really nice and plenty to choose from. All staff were lovely. The rooms are small but not to much of issue. The only thing I would say needs to improve is the entertainment of an evening which really wasn't great at all. And its not in a great area for you to watch it but there isnt really anywhere they could move it too. I would recommend the hotel if you don't mind not having much to do in the hotel of a night
