Kaila Beach Hotel

Great experience! The staff of the whole hotel was very friendly. Special thanks for the Animation Team and specificaly to Irem, who was amazing with both of our daughters. They had a lot of fun not only in the Kids Club during the day, but also during the whole evening animations, which always started with short program for the kids. Thank you all for the time we spend in the Kaila Beach Hotel!

I love this hotel, everything about this hotel is fantastic, and i really enjoyed my stay. I will love to recommend it to everybody.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Kaila beach hotel in Alanya. Its a brilliant hotel with lots of facilities. The rooms are clean, the food is great and the staff are amazing. They are extremely polite and helpful especially Ismail who went above and beyond to make sure our stay went so smoothly. I would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. Booking in process went well .Staff were helpful and polite The deluxe room was spacious and Modern .The restaurant was clean and the food was plentiful and and something for everybody.Wine and beer available at lunch and dinner at no extra cost. The staff in the restaurant made sure all tables were always kept clean and tidy and nothing was to much trouble. The whole of the hotel was spotless. I would definitely come back here again Thank you for a very enjoyable Holiday

This was our second visit to the hotel as a family of 5 and still loved it :) The hotel is stunning, the food is delicious and the drinks are super! There were two young bar men in particular who were lovely always chatted away and we had a good laugh with them - both made delicious cocktails! I can’t remember their names but I’m sure he said he was 17 was it maybe ikeram? Anyway he was lovely and hopefully we will see him again next year! Suleyman and irem from animation are excellent, my kids are a bit older but my daughter still enjoyed the mini disco with irem :) both my husband and I played darts with suleyman and we had a good laugh with him 2! Speaks very good English and can have some banter with us being Scottish :) thank you suleyman, we hope to see you next year :) The only cons I have from this visit, which isn’t the hotels fault is the weather being so bad, but in turn this meant the animation was cancelled, bars were closed, kids slides were closed and the pool snackbar was closed! There wasn’t much to do and it would have been better if some alternative entertainment could have been arranged in these circumstances! Oh and just one other thing to mention was Ada the barmaid, my husband ordered two waters and she gave him straight gin in a glass, I ordered a rum and coke and she poured me a glass of tonic then argued that I ordered a gin and tonic - which I didn’t! Anyway another amazing holiday at Kaila beach and we have booked again for next year! :)
