Kaya Belek

Been coming to this hotel now for over 20 years - 2nd visit this year! In reading some of the scathing reviews I feel that they are a little harsh in the regards to cleanliness etc! The cleaners do a good job and work hard - not their fault the hotel is old and tired and yes a lot of work does need to be done to once again bring it up to a high standard - with that will come a higher price to go! No one can fault the food - the waiters and chefs work hard and are very friendly and helpful (couple that are lazy and miserable but hey ho majority are great!) service is fabulous especially round the pool on roller skates. Animation team work very hard to engage people and are friendly and great with both the adults and children The worse thing I have found are the groups of male golfers and I am sorry to say that the majority of the ones who were loud and brash were the brits! Their language was atrocious and one day round the pool the way they spoke about women was demeaning and rude (and I’m no shrinking violet) Apart from that a great holiday and hopefully will be able to return again next year

This is our 7th time at Kaya Belek. We love this hotel. We are really happy with the service of Mr. Sefa Kaya, Mr. Serkan, Mr. Zafer, Ms. Anna, Ms. Alina, Mr. Ozkan Gedik, and Ms. Necla.

Kaya Belek Hotel has amazed us with all these amentites. The facility is beautiful and gorgeous, The guest relations team is the best. The Italian restaurant is full of tasty italian foods so we are relaxed. Thank you Family Kaya Belek

The best service and nice staff, we are amazed by the beauty, comfort and safety. The italian restaurant is amazing. The foods are delicious and the service is 10 of 10. Quality of the products is well maintained. We recommend it to everyone.

The atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful, and everything was well taken care of. We truly appreciated the comfort of the rooms and the excellent service provided by the staff. Overall, we had a great experience and were very happy with our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would love to come back again in the future!
