Very nice hotel with everything you can think of. Excellent staff plus delicious food. Highly recommended!

The service is alright , the food is good not bad , the staff are helpful & sweet , the rooms are very very average and less than normal , they are not comfortable at all , the beds are the worst ever!! , it has the worst air conditioning in any hotel ive been to , will not visit it again .

The staff at the Kaya Belek has been wonderful. Our check in was flawless and very welcoming. Throughout our stay everyone was very helpful for all our needs and questions , especially Dinara and Esma. They are the “rock stars” of hospitality at Kaya. The resort is very clean and well managed, with a great location to the beach, local attractions and services… Great Job Kaya! Thanks!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the food was absolutely outstanding. Felt like home from day one. Highly recommend!

Location: Good, sometimes not enough beds on the beach. Garden well cared for. Atmosphere: Nice evening performance shows. Rooms: Arrived at night, for a tip a family bigger room offered. The room was old, dirty and noisy. We had to arrange to get another room. Meals: Very good offer, plenty of fish. Good coffee. Watter slides: Very good lifeguard service.
