Kaya Belek

This hotel is simply terrible. The rooms are extremely old, and there is nothing else available to move to. The housekeeping is a whole separate issue. I had to go to Guest Relations at least ten times before they finally arranged proper cleaning. And by “proper cleaning”, I mean that the room smelled strongly of bleach afterwards, but at least it was finally clean. Before that, they were basically just changing the towels. The reception staff seem to shrug their shoulders at every issue, and Guest Relations is no better. Everything is old, worn-out and neglected. The animation team, however, is great. Jaylin is especially lovely and does a fantastic job. As for pool maintenance, I was absolutely shocked when I saw a staff member pouring chlorine directly into the pool using a watering can. I haven't seen anything like that in a very long time. The food is okay, actually quite good, especially dinner. The spa is something else. I haven't seen anything like it in years — it looks older than I am! This is not a 5-star hotel. It is a 3-star hotel at best. Please stop misleading people. There are also a lot of Russian guests who seem to assume that everyone should understand their language, and some of them are extremely rude. Overall, this hotel is a huge red flag. I would not recommend it.

Good atmosphere, recommended

This was my first trip to Antalya, and the Kaya Belek Hotel was exceptional in every way. From the warm welcome at reception and the attentive staff to the delicious food, the bars, and the immaculate room cleaning, everything was wonderful and delightful. Moreover, everything was extremely clean and smelled wonderful.

Been coming to this hotel now for over 20 years - 2nd visit this year! In reading some of the scathing reviews I feel that they are a little harsh in the regards to cleanliness etc! The cleaners do a good job and work hard - not their fault the hotel is old and tired and yes a lot of work does need to be done to once again bring it up to a high standard - with that will come a higher price to go! No one can fault the food - the waiters and chefs work hard and are very friendly and helpful (couple that are lazy and miserable but hey ho majority are great!) service is fabulous especially round the pool on roller skates. Animation team work very hard to engage people and are friendly and great with both the adults and children The worse thing I have found are the groups of male golfers and I am sorry to say that the majority of the ones who were loud and brash were the brits! Their language was atrocious and one day round the pool the way they spoke about women was demeaning and rude (and I’m no shrinking violet) Apart from that a great holiday and hopefully will be able to return again next year
