Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort

Currently staying at the Kaya Palazzo. Never had so much choice of food at an all inclusive buffet at breakfast lunch and dinner and the food is great too. Multiple bars and restraunts around the pool and beach area including the beach bar with excellent cocktails served by Ali. Cleaners do a great job daily and would highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel was beautiful and had plenty of space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, some members of the staff were not very responsible or attentive to their duties, and the reception did not respond to two of our requests. Overall, I would rate our experience 3 out of 5.

A good, large family hotel with well-thought-out infrastructure and high-quality, tasty food at breakfast/lunch/dinner. The café, street food, and beach restaurant are all at a high level, catering to different types of dining. All drinks are served in glass, and the alcohol is quality international brands, not local. The coffee station is beyond praise. The staff are friendly and responsive, but sometimes you have to look for them, especially in the dining hall. Now for the downsides. The hotel is already outdated. It needs cosmetic repairs. You have to ask and wait for the staff in the dining halls. Tables aren't always cleared quickly. Room service doesn't remember guests' preferences regarding drinks, towels, etc. But the cleaning is always done properly, no complaints there. The evening entertainment leaves much to be desired — the invited dance groups try their best, but in 2026, watching acrobats with a hoop isn't very interesting. I would especially like to highlight the à la carte restaurants. We visited the steakhouse and the Mezo restaurant. The staff's attentiveness is top-notch. The food is superb, extremely fresh, and the portions are large. Steaks and seafood are prepared professionally according to the guest's preferences. We rented a car through the guest service. The staff handled everything 100%. Thank you to them for their attentiveness and for accommodating our requests.

We had a wonderful day at one of the pavilions on the pier at Kaya Palazzo, and a big part of what made the experience so enjoyable was the excellent service from Omer, Burak and Sinan. All three of them were incredibly friendly, attentive and professional throughout the entire day. They always made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive, and the service felt genuinely warm and personal. We especially appreciated how kind and welcoming they were with our son, Noah. They treated him with so much friendliness and respect, which as parents really makes a difference and made us feel very comfortable. The pavilion and location are beautiful on their own, but great staff are what turn a nice day into a memorable one. Omer, Burak and Sinan definitely did that for us. Thank you to all three of you for taking such good care of us. We had a fantastic day and really appreciated your hospitality. Highly recommended!
