Great hotel but don’t pay extra for a lagoon pool as they are freezing and don’t bother informing them if you are in a group as it makes no difference. We stayed end of September into October in which we booked a lagoon pool as it states on their website it is heated. However they don’t heat them till November we were told when we questioned it and they are unable to help the situation and this is their policy, however part way through our stay they changed their minds and heated some of the pools but no ours which is currently sat at 22c. Also the indoor pool in unheated all the time. They have now started heating the salt water pool only. The hotel is lovley, clean and tidy, great food but be prepared for cold pools or limited warm pools and don’t pay extra for a lagoon room as it is a waste of money. The children’s pool is never heated and sat at 21c. Additionally we informed On the beach we are a group, the hotel via email prior to our stay and also on their WhatsApp whilst we were at the hotel (we stayed for 10nights, other half of the group stayed for 5nights) that we wanted to be close together. However this was not taken into account and our other part of the party were told that the hotel was not aware of this.

A huge thank you to Ahmed and Ibrahim for the amazing service at the Lagoon Restaurant! They were always incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. What impressed us most was how kind and caring they were with our children, they really made our family feel special and comfortable. We truly appreciated their wonderful service and hospitality. Thank you, Ahmed and Ibrahim, for making our time at the Lagoon Restaurant even more enjoyable!
