Kentia Hotel

Spent two weeks here with my friends. One of the best holidays I have been on. The people and staff we met on this holiday were absolutely 10/10. They’d know our drinks and have them ready on the table. Hasret organised my friends birthday party and decorated a table for her with help of other staff too. Gave her a massive shoutout at the hotel and club and even helped me put together a birthday video for her. Mami was the best entertainment, played darts with us almost everyday. The cocktail staff, Emirhan and Burak were the absolute best, two of the best in the hotel in my opinion, after our two weeks they have definitely mastered how to make Strawberry Daiquiris!!! Food and drinks were great too, not much of a choice for food but I’m not that fussy so it worked for me, I ate everyday so there’s not much else you can say about it as everyone is different. Overall, really clean hotel, bar staff are constantly cleaning and keeping standards high. Would happily come back to this hotel, the staff really made this hotel a place to be🤍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Kentia Apartments, Side, Turkey! We had such a fantastic stay at Kentia Apartments in Side and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was so welcoming, friendly and relaxed, and the staff really made our holiday extra special. A huge thank you to Mami and Hasret from the animation team! They were absolutely amazing and brought so much energy, fun and positivity every day. They made everyone feel included and always went out of their way to make sure guests were having a great time. Their enthusiasm and friendly personalities really stood out and made the holiday so much more enjoyable. ❤️ We also have to give a special mention to Emirhan and Burak from the bar team. They were brilliant! Always friendly, welcoming and smiling, they provided such fantastic service and made us feel genuinely looked after. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their great personalities made sitting at the bar even more enjoyable. 🍹 It’s the staff who can truly make a holiday memorable, and the team at Kentia definitely did that for us. Mami, Hasret, Emirhan and Burak deserve a special thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and giving us so many great memories. We absolutely loved our time at Kentia Apartments and would happily return. If you’re looking for a friendly, welcoming place to stay in Side with staff who genuinely care about their guests, Kentia Apartments is definitely worth considering! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The apartments were very clean, comfortable, and well looked after. What really made our experience special was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention to **Mami (entertainer) who was absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome! ❤️ And of course, **Big Boss, Hasret( entertainment boss) absolutely amazing! 👏 Always friendly and making sure everyone was having a great time. **Emirhan and Burak** deserve a special mention too — they make the best strawberry daiquiris! 🍓🍹** They were both so friendly and always served with a smile. The only thing that could have been better was the food. It wasn’t always to our taste, but we managed to find something we enjoyed every night, so it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return! Well definitely remember the wonderful staff and great atmosphere. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

Just arrive back having spent two weeks at this hotel with my wife and grand children. The food was adequate and the hotel was clean. However there were a number of undesirable’s at the hotel drinking all day and swearing constantly around the pool. My grandchildren age 6 and 9 felt intimidated at times with drunken adults in the pool. The staff do not do anything about this behaviour other than keep serving alcohol. During are second week my granddaughter age9 asked could she go to our room to get her rubber ring. After five minutes she came back to the pool area in a distressed state stating that there was a man in her bed asleep, it was 11.30 am and i immediately went to our room, the man was completely incoherent due to alcohol, i managed to get him out of our room and he stumbled down the stairs. Apparently he had been kicking my door trying to get him in my room and the restaurant manager and the head house keeper let him in to my room and put him in my granddaughter’s bed without doing any checks to see if he was in the correct room. I in formed the hotel manager and the hotel manager that this was totally unacceptable, they tried to put the blame on the person in the room rather than their inappropriate actions letting someone into the wrong room room, I stated that this could have been a serious child protection issue like the ‘ Madeleine McCan’ case. It was clear that they did not rant to resolve this issue which is extremely serious for any families with young children who intend to stay at this hotel.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and good food. The restaurant team went above expectations — the manager was outstanding and offered personal support whenever needed. Bar staff and the live‑station team were excellent; their service was consistently impressive. Special thanks to the photographer and the shopkeeper. We lost our main luggage, and they went out of their way to guide us to places where we could shop and replace essentials. They always great everyone and service is exceptional. The TUI rep was truly 5‑star, offering helpful advice throughout our stay and arranging a great tour for us. We stayed in a two‑bed apartment away from the pool, which was quiet and perfect for relaxing. The pool area, however, was quite busy and heavily used by smokers. The same issue was noticeable in the restaurants — smokers everywhere with no limits, which felt inconsiderate. My suggestion to management would be to introduce better controls around smoking areas. We raised the issue with a rather grumpy receptionist, who said security would deal with it at 10:30 pm when he returned.( Thankfully, when we returned from a night out, the area was empty, so it seems security handled it ). Overall, good value for money and an enjoyable stay.
