Great family holiday Everything you need as a family of four! Definitely worth a visit! Great outdoor dining space and food to suit all tastes! Fantastic holiday break for the whole family everyone is catered for!

A truly lovely hotel with wonderful staff. It was heart‑warming to see how kindly they look after the cute cats. The magic show, the food, and most of the facilities were genuinely impressive.

Couldn’t fault any of the staff, I know the hotel is closing for refurbishment so obviously a few things need tidying up but will be interesting to see how it looks once it reopens

Overall, the resort was good value for money and offered a pleasant stay. The atmosphere was generally nice, with a good vibe throughout the resort, and there was plenty to do, which made the holiday enjoyable. The food was excellent and easily one of the highlights of the stay, with a wide variety and good quality throughout. However, there were a few issues. At times, the language barrier made communication difficult, particularly at checkout. We were held up for quite a while because staff were unsure whether the payment had gone through, which was stressful and poorly handled. This experience could definitely be improved with better communication and systems. The amenities were good overall, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. That said, cleaning and room service were a bit inconsistent, but this was somewhat expected and did not significantly impact the stay. The indoor pool area became very noisy at times, with children throwing balls at other guests, and unfortunately, no action was taken by staff to manage this. Additionally, there was quite a lot of noise at night, which made it difficult to relax fully. On the positive side, the resort is in a convenient location, not far from the city and close to many attractions. Taking everything into account, it is a very good resort overall and offers good value for money, despite a few areas that could be improved.

I had a generally good stay, though there were several highs and lows. On the positive side, the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and energetic, which made us feel very welcome. The food was also a major highlight—everything we ordered was great. However, our room was directly above the cafe, and the noise levels from below were quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax. While the room was very clean, the mattress and pillows were unfortunately not comfortable for a good night’s rest. Additionally, the indoor pool wasn't heated enough to be enjoyable. It’s a lovely hotel with a great team, but some improvements to the bedding and soundproofing would go a long way
