We are back for our fourth visit to Limak Atlantis & as ever this hotel delivers on all counts. From the moment you arrive & are greeted by the lovely porter’s & reception staff , your holiday is made special. Food is the best I’ve ever had in an all inclusive hotel, fantastic variety & quality. The hotel itself is immaculate, the cleaning & maintenance staff do a great job. Waiting & bar staff are so friendly, especially Yilmas ( our favourite) he’s a star!!⭐ Kadir always has a welcoming smile for us, it’s a pleasure to see him again. Guest relations are always there if you need anything at all. Entertainment is amazing, the staff work so hard, lovely to see Arman & Svitlana again 😊 Again we are enjoying an amazing holiday 🥰

⭐ Our Honest Hotel Review – Our Second Visit! ⭐ Having just returned for our second visit to this hotel, I thought I’d share my honest thoughts! We’ve stayed in lots of five-star hotels in Belek and Lara, so we have plenty to compare it with. For me, I’d describe this as a solid four-star hotel with fantastic service THE PROS Food – brilliant! We thought the buffet was fantastic, with so much choice. From lamb chops and Chinese dishes to fresh vegetables, stews, soups and pretty much everything else you could think of, there really was something for everyone. We were genuinely impressed with the variety, and there was always plenty to choose from. The staff The staff work incredibly hard, and the service throughout the hotel was great. You can see how much effort goes into keeping everything running smoothly, and it definitely doesn't go unnoticed. Entertainment team Absolutely fabulous! They're friendly, fun and engaging without constantly hassling you to join in. If you want to get involved, there's plenty going on, but if you'd rather relax, you're left to enjoy your holiday. Sunbeds Honestly, one of the best hotels I've stayed at for sunbeds! Plenty available, no mad rush in the morning, and we could always find a bed. Kids' club This deserves a special mention because it's made such a difference to our holiday. We holiday 2/3 times a year, but our little boy has always been too shy to go to kids' club unless he's been away with his cousins. This time, three days into our holiday, he finally felt brave enough to go with me for his first proper experience of kids' club on his own. A huge thank you to Sean, Tuba, And Mehmet and Dila, who have been absolutely incredible with him. The care and attention they've given him has been amazing. They made him feel so welcome, included and comfortable that he couldn't wait to go back! The activities have been brilliant, from morning aerobics and baking buns to sand painting, T-shirt painting and lots of arts and crafts. There's so much to keep the children entertained As a parent, it's a strange feeling when your little one has never done anything like this before. We stayed just outside the kids' club and kept popping in to check on him, only to discover he didn't actually want us there! seeing the change in him over the week was so lovely. His confidence has grew so much, and watching him go from being shy and hesitant to happily joining in and wanting to return was amazing to see, you can stay at the most luxurious hotel in the world, but people who genuinely care about your kids and make them feel safe and special can make a holiday truly memorable. Sena, Tuba and Dila and and Mehmet, you’re all amazing! Beach bar Great for snacks during the day, so you don't have to head back to the main restaurant every time you fancy something to eat. Burgers, hot dogs, nuggets etc THE CONS Air conditioning For me, this is the biggest downside. We found the air conditioning to be practically non-existent, and I really struggled with the heat in the room. Personally, I wouldn't choose to visit this hotel between May and September because I couldn't cope with sleeping in such a hot room. This is something I'd definitely want improved. Pre-arrival communication This could also be much better. I wanted to upgrade our room and contacted the hotel around 12 months before travelling, but unfortunately, I never received a reply to my enquiry. It's disappointing when you're trying to plan ahead. We've enjoyed our second visit, and there's plenty to love about this hotel. The food, hardworking staff, entertainment, sunbeds, pools and especially the kids' club are all fantastic positives.

We stayed at this hotel for a week commencing 16th October…..thankfully the weather was perfect for us. Lovely hotel. Would say a 4 star and not a 5 star but still loved it for a nice, not too big, friendly hotel. The staff were lovely especially the entertainment team!!! Everyday we played Botcha on the beach, it was great fun. They were all amazing and a huge credit to the hotel. Always smiling laughing and just lovely. Food was fine, room was nice, pool was freezing!! Cats were adorable. Close to Belek market too! Bonus! Would stay here again

I am disgusted & disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism. On 7th October, I contacted the hotel explaining my concerns and practically pleading for reassurance about their ability to cater safely for her. I requested the General Manager’s contact details, or alternatively asked if they could contact me directly. Customer services would do neither, simply directing me to Food & Beverage. I chased up a few days later and was assured my urgent message would be passed on. Nearly three weeks later, still absolutely nothing. I’m genuinely disgusted and disappointed by such a complete lack of care, compassion and basic customer service. If this is how they respond to genuine concerns about a child’s medical dietary requirements before booking, how could I possibly trust them once we’re there? They have now lost the business of two families. Absolutely appalling

My daughter and I enjoyed a girls trip to Limak Atlantis. We had a very nice experience. After first visting the Kid's Club, my daughter wanted to spend at least 2h a day there. Tuba and her team do a fantastic job: they do engaging and creative activities, they know each kid by name and I feel like they have an eye on the different needs of each kid. During my stay, I had an medical need and the Limak Staff was exeptionally supportive in recommending a clinc, organizing transport, organizing the meds post-clinic and checking in every now or then on me. Over all, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and premise, great food - everything I needed for a relaxing holiday.
