Our stay was made truly unforgettable thanks to the incredible resort animation team. From morning aqua aerobics to afternoon beach volleyball, their energy was absolutely contagious and kept everyone smiling. They possess a remarkable ability to encourage guests to participate without ever being pushy or overbearing. Every activity was incredibly well-organized, inclusive, and tailored to accommodate guests of all ages. The nightly entertainment shows they put on were the perfect, high-energy conclusion to each day. If you are looking for a vacation packed with fun, laughter, and great vibes, this team will definitely deliver!

The hotel entertainment and animation team made our vacation absolutely unforgettable! From morning aqua gym to evening spectacular shows, the energy they brought was electric and contagious. The animators were incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure every guest felt included without ever being pushy. There was a fantastic variety of daytime activities and sports that kept us active and entertained throughout our stay. The night events were a particular highlight, featuring impressive talent and high-quality performances that brought the whole resort to life. We truly appreciated their dedication, hard work, and the constant smiles they shared with everyone. We are already looking forward to returning next year just to experience this amazing atmosphere again!

Long Beach is a huge resort where everything seems to be designed with children in mind. There are plenty of swimming pools, water slides, restaurants and bars, so the kids have an amazing time and never get bored. There is always somewhere to eat or have a drink, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the service is the biggest weakness. A large part of the staff seem to lack motivation and do not provide the level of service you would expect from a 5-star resort. The animation is also quite weak and almost unnoticeable. It would be great to see a much more active and engaging entertainment team. I would especially like to mention the poor service at the pastry shop. The staff were inattentive and unhelpful, and the overall service was far below what you would expect from a 5-star resort. We had to wait unnecessarily long, and the employees did not seem interested in assisting guests in fact there were rude and angry. In spite of these we frlt very welcome in the Harmony Restaurant. The staff genuinely make an effort and provide much better service. Medine and Hasan are very friendly, attentive and hardworking, and they really made us feel good. Also, special thanks to Urgup at the Lobby Bar, who was very friendly and attentive. Overall, Long Beach is a great choice for families with children because there is so much to do. However, the service and entertainment definitely need improvement to match the standard expected from a 5-star resort.
