Every member of staff is friendly, attentive, and committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The leadership team are true ambassadors for the Lusso brand, leading by example and creating an atmosphere where guests feel appreciated and cared for. A special thank you to Sabri Balta, Operational Manager, whose passion, professionalism, and genuine kindness stand out. He is an inspiring leader who clearly cares deeply about both guests and his team. His dedication and personal approach make a real difference, and he leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets. In my view, he possesses all the qualities needed to lead the Side/Sorgun establishment at the highest level. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I'm having good holidays at lusso. The staff is very welcoming. I like my room and we also appreciate the delicious food they have everyday. The hotel has good service and I also appreciate spending time with Rokya in archery. She is so friendly and always checking in to see i we're doing well and enjoying our vacation. And we won't go to forget that we really appreciate.

We had a very nice holiday overall at Lusso Sorgun. The hotel is beautiful, very stylish and incredibly photogenic — almost every corner is Instagram-worthy. The staff were generally very kind and friendly, and the food was delicious and varied. There was always plenty of choice and the quality was very good. The only food we personally did not enjoy was the sushi. We also really appreciated the entertainment and activity programme. There were many different activities such as darts, archery and air-pistol shooting, so there was always something to do during the day. A special thank you to Aruf, who was responsible for these activities. He was very friendly, professional and made the experience much more enjoyable for us. We were very satisfied with this part of our stay. Unfortunately, our only really negative experience was with the room. We booked a Family Room for four adults, and the first room we received did not feel up to the standard of a 5-star luxury hotel. The finishing work was poorly done in several places, there were visible cracks and imperfections, and the room was dusty and had not been cleaned properly. We contacted reception, but at first we were transferred from one person to another and told that there were no other rooms available, even though earlier we had been told that an upgrade might be possible. This was quite disappointing, especially because the rest of the hotel gives such a high-end impression. In our opinion, details like this can unfortunately affect the reputation of an otherwise very beautiful hotel. Eventually, we were asked to wait until around 3 p.m. and were moved to another Family Room. The second room was noticeably better and much cleaner, and we appreciated that the hotel also offered us an à la carte dinner as a gesture. The pool areas were clean and pleasant, and the beach was nice as well. One funny little detail: there are small fish in the sea that sometimes nibble at you 😅 — nothing serious, but the sensation can be a little unpleasant at first. Overall, we had a beautiful holiday and enjoyed the hotel very much. With a little more attention to the condition and cleanliness of the rooms, Lusso Sorgun could offer a truly excellent luxury experience.

We had such a lovely stay at Lusso Sorgun! From the beautiful surroundings to the friendly service, everything made our holiday feel special. The hotel has a great atmosphere, plenty of things to do, and is perfect for families. The Mini Club deserves a special mention. The children absolutely loved spending time there, and the activities were varied, fun, and really well organised. The staff were so kind, friendly, and attentive with the kids, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy our holiday too. We really enjoyed our time here and made some lovely memories. A big thank you to the whole team at Lusso Sorgun — we would definitely love to return! ❤️

Everything was well organised, and there was a great choice of food and activities for both adults and children. A special mention to the Mini Club — the kids had such a fantastic time! The activities were fun, creative, and well organised, and the staff were warm, caring, and genuinely great with the children. It made the holiday much more enjoyable for us as parents knowing the kids were happy and well looked after. Overall, Lusso Sorgun is a fantastic place for a family holiday.
